Wanakuni (Aymara wanaku, wanaqu guanaco,-ni Aymara suffix to indicate ownership, "the one with the guanaco", hispanicized spelling Huanacuni) is a mountain in the Apolobamba mountain range in the Bolivian Andes, about 5,796 metres (19,016 ft) high. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Franz Tamayo Province, Pelechuco Municipality, east of Cololo Lake and northwest of Qala Phusa (Cololo).

It is situated in the Cusco Region, Canchis Province, Checacupe District. Wanakuni lies northwest of the glaciated area of Rit'ipampa (Quechua for "snow plain"), southwest of Unu Lluqsina and Millu. T'alla Kunka (Tallacunca) is to the southwest.

It is situated in the Puno Region, Sandia Province, Quiaca District. Wanakuni lies northeast of Rit'ipata and Chapi.
