WXL95 is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves Northeast Oregon and Walla Walla County, Washington. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Pendleton, Oregon with its transmitter located at Spout Springs near Pendleton.
It is normally heard across Northeast Oregon and South Central Washington. WXL95 can also be heard from as far north as Moses Lake and Ritzville and as far north as Steptoe Butte in Whitman County. It is heard along Interstate 90 between Moses Lake and Ritzville.
It broadcasts weather and hazard information for Baker, Morrow, Umatilla, Union and Wallowa as well as Walla Walla county in Washington. Although it has been known to tone alert warnings/watches for Asotin County as well.
