WWF War Zone

WWF War Zone (also known as WWF Warzone) is a professional wrestling video game developed by Iguana West and released by Acclaim Entertainment in 1998 for the PlayStation, Nintendo 64, and Game Boy. The game features wrestlers from the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Unlike Acclaim's previous WWF game, 1996's WWF in Your House, War Zone features characters represented by 3D models and a new grappling-based gameplay system. In addition to a single-player mode in which players challenge for various championships, WWF War Zone also includes various multiplayer modes and a create-a-wrestler mode that was extensive for its time. Its presentation, gameplay and create mode garnered the game positive critical reception. The game was also popular with players, becoming a best-selling and frequently rented title in the months after its release.

The game was followed by a sequel, WWF Attitude, released in 1999.

Gameplay

WWF War Zone features a gameplay system in which players must grapple with their opponent and perform a series of presses on the directional pad then a button press to perform wrestling maneuvers.WWF War Zone also features the audio commentary, provided by Vince McMahon and Jim Ross.

WWE Raw

WWE Raw (often stylized as WWE Monday Night Raw) is a sports entertainment television program that currently airs live on Monday evenings at 11 pm on the USA Network in the United States. The show debuted on January 11, 1993 and has since been considered as the flagship program of WWE.

Raw moved from the USA Network to TNN in September 2000, which was rebranded to Spike in August 2003. On October 3, 2005, WWE Raw returned to the USA Network, where it remains today. Archived episodes of the show air on the WWE Network, with select episodes available on-demand.

Since its first episode, Raw has broadcast live from 208 different arenas in 171 cities and towns in ten different nations (the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Afghanistan in 2005, Iraq in 2006 and 2007, 2015, South Africa,Germany,Japan,Italy,India and Mexico). As of the show's 1,000th episode that aired on July 23, 2012, Raw has become a three-hour broadcast from two hours, a format that had previously been reserved for special episodes.

Punisher: War Zone Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

Punisher: War Zone Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is the soundtrack for the film Punisher: War Zone, the album was released on November 25, 2008. The soundtrack includes the original track "War Zone", written for and inspired by the film, by musician Rob Zombie. An online contest was held by Lionsgate, and led to 7 Days Away (a band local to Connersville, IN) taking first place with the track "Take Me Away".

Punisher: War Zone is a 2008 American-German action film featuring the Marvel Comics character Frank Castle, aka The Punisher, directed by Lexi Alexander. The film is a reboot that follows the original telling of Castle's war on crime and corruption rather than a sequel to 2004's The Punisher. It is the third feature film adaptation of The Punisher and is the first film to be produced under the Marvel Studios and Marvel Knights production banner, which focuses on films for mature audiences. Irish actor Ray Stevenson replaced Thomas Jane as Castle. In the film, Castle wages a one-man war against a horribly disfigured mob boss known as Billy "Jigsaw" Russotti (Dominic West).
