WPEN-LP was a low-powered television station serving the Hampton Roads television market broadcasting on Channel 68, later moved to channel 47 as W47CE.

WPEN-LP and its Translators signed off in 2002—currently, their licenses have been deleted from the active FCC database, and no known channel or call letter has been reassigned to them.
It should be known that WPEN-LP is not related to the Philadelphia radio station, WPEN (AM).
