WSHE-FM (103.5 FM, "She 103.5") is a Clear Channel-owned adult hits format radio station, licensed to Fort Lauderdale.

For 25 years, the station call letters were WSHE, and the station slogan was "She's only Rock n Roll." In 1995, a format change was made from album oriented rock to an alternative/hot AC hybrid format, and the call was changed to WPLL, nicknamed "Planet Radio." Another format change (this time to Disco hits of the 70's) resulted in another call letter change to WMGE, "Mega 103.5" (now used on 94.9, the former WZTA), in 1999.
Three years later, yet another format change led to the birth of WMIB, on December 31, 2002. For four years WMIB was a Hip Hop/R&B Urban station in a three way competition with longer-standing Urban rival WEDR and Rhythmic station WPOW. At one time it was home to the controversial Star and Buc Wild Morning Show from late 2005 to spring 2006. Although it had a good start from the beginning thanks in part to promos attacking both stations, WMIB's ratings began to decline as its listeners began returning to WPOW and WEDR (after they began to increase the Hip-Hop content).
On October 5, 2006, WMIB modified its Urban format to Urban AC, going head-to-head with market leader WHQT. Since the altering of the format, WMIB became South Florida's home of the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show. On air personality Prince Markie Dee of the legendary group The Fat Boys hosted the afternoon drive show. But after two years as Urban AC, WMIB returned to Urban Contemporary, targeting the music to an 18-34 demo, meaning the WHQT competition moved to WMIA-FM, a rhythmic AC format radio station. Unfortunately, this shift did not improve things as it continued to trail WEDR and WPOW (who has successfully returned to its broad-based Rhythmic direction).
On May 13, 2010, airstaffers at WMIB began posting on their Twitter pages that a format change was coming. Sources were reporting that WMIB would either flip to Talk or Spanish on May 14, 2010.[1] On May 14, 2010, at noon the station flipped to Spanish Adult Contemporary. WMIB's former on-air personalities such as the syndicated Steve Harvey Show, and others such as afternoon driver Prince Markie Dee have left. 103.5 is currently jockless, but is expect to have on-air staff in the upcoming weeks.[2][3] The last urban contemporary song was Foxy Brown's Get Me Home (11:58AM). The first Spanish AC song was No Mercy's Where Do You Go (12:01PM). However, the ratings still remained mediocre for the station's two year run.
On May 23rd, 2012, WMIB fired it's on-air staff. The next day, at 5 am, SuperX played Marc Anthony's "Me Haces Falta". After that song, WMIB changed their format to adult hits, branded as "She 103.5".[4] The first song was She's A Beauty by The Tubes. According to Clear Channel's website, its old Spanish format is still listed there. On My 31, 2012 WMIB changed their call letters to WSHE-FM to go with the "She 103.5" branding and a return of those calls used from 1972 to 1995.
