Uraan (English: flight) was a popular Pakistani drama serial Aired on Pakistan Television Network in 1995. The Drama serial was written and directed by Shahid Nadeem and sponsored by Pakistan International Airlines.Episodes of drama serial "Uraan" covered different aspects of air travel and events related to lives of passengers and airline professionals like cabin crew and pilots. Shooting of serial's episodes took place in various cities including Paris, New York, London, Kathmandu, Istanbul and Nairobi. Plot:
Aamira (Faryal Gohar) a senior PIA flight purser and daughter of a conservative father remembers the days when she used to look at the sky from the window of her dark room where she was restricted by her father and from the window of her husband's home where her husband doesn't like her to stand and watch, dreaming of flying like a bird, a kite or a plane. Rejoins PIA after few years of break and break up with her husband.

Sana soon begins to receive text messages, e-mails and phone calls from a mysterious man who identifies himself as "The one who knows you". She soon beings to receive bouquets of flowers as well, but cannot pinpoint where they are coming from.
