NEDD8-conjugating enzyme Ubc12 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the UBE2M gene.[1][2]
The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes, or E1s, ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, or E2s, and ubiquitin-protein ligases, or E3s. This gene encodes a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. The encoded protein is linked with a ubiquitin-like protein, NEDD8, which can be conjugated to cellular proteins, such as Cdc53/culin.[2]
UBE2M has been shown to interact with NEDD8,[3] PRKAR1A[4] and UBA3.[5]

I remember so well, the day that you came into my life
you asked for my name
you had the most beautiful smile
my life started to change
i wake up each day, feeling alright
with you right by my side
makes me feel things will work out just fine
how did you know
i needed someone like you in my life
that there's an empty space in my heart
you came at the right time in my life
i'll never forget, how you brought the sun to shine in my life
and took all the worries
and fears that i have
I guess what i'm really trying to say
i'ts not every day that someone like you comes my way
no words can exprees howmuch
I LOVE YOU
