TV3 Cat was named until 29 May 2009, Televisiò de Catalunya Internacional, it was the international chanel of Catalunya, Televisió de Catalunya. It was part of Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA). That chanel was beaming to Europe through Astra satellite and America through Hispasat satellite. TV3CAT belonged to a group of channels where it was found programs from TV3, El 33, Canal Super3 i 3/24.[2]. It started to beam, sunday 10 of September 1995. Since 1rst of May 2012, it closes down through satellites due to political financial cuts, and claims it will be reinforced by internet beaming and through cable and ADSL in Spain.

TV Tsentr (Russian: ТВ Центр; formerly abbreviated as ТВЦ, TVC or ТВЦ-Москва, TVC-Moskva - "TVC Moscow") is a state-run Russia TV station with the fourth largest coverage area in Russia, after Channel One, Rossiya and NTV. It is owned by the administration of the city of Moscow and is dedicated to programming that highlights various aspects of Moscow life. The channel airs across Russian territory its first broadcast on 14 February 1956. The channel was launched in June 1997 and until 2005 was run by Oleg Poptsov (the founding father of VGTRK and its chairman in 1990-96). Faithfully reflecting the official line of the Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov, a onetime rival of Vladimir Putin who later became a supporter, the TV station airs extensive interviews with the mayor and his associates.
