Mahindra TUV300

Mahindra TUV300 (a.k.a TUV three double O) is a compact SUV manufactured by Mahindra & Mahindra. The vehicle was announced in Aug 2015 and was launched in Madhya Pradesh on 15 Sep 2015.

History

In Aug 2015, Mahindra & Mahindra announced TUV300 and the microsite for the vehicle went live the same month. The vehicle was officially launched on 15 Sep 2015 in Madhya Pradesh. TUV300 is designed by Mahindra Research Valley and is built on the same platform as the Scorpio. TUV300 also carries the same engine as the XUV500 and Scorpio, but the engine displacement in the TUV300 is lower, resulting in lower engine power and torque.

Variants

TUV300 comes in manual & automatic transmission. Between the two transmissions, there are total seven variants. There are five variants in manual transmission and two in automatic transmission. The manual transmission variant has power output of 84 Bhp whereas the automatic transmission variant has power output of 81 Bhp.
