Tuning
Tuning can refer to:
- Guitar tunings
- Piano tuning, adjusting the pitch of pianos using a tuning fork or a frequency counter
- Computer hardware tuning
- Database tuning
- Engine tuning, the adjustment, modification, or design of internal combustion engines to yield more performance
Musical tuning
In music, there are two common meanings for tuning:
Tuning practice
Tuning is the process of adjusting the pitch of one or many tones from musical instruments to establish typical intervals between these tones. Tuning is usually based on a fixed reference, such as A = 440 Hz. Out of tune refers to a pitch/tone that is either too high (sharp) or too low (flat) in relation to a given reference pitch. While an instrument might be in tune relative to its own range of notes, it may not be considered 'in tune' if it does not match A = 440 Hz (or whatever reference pitch one might be using). Some instruments become 'out of tune' with damage or time and must be readjusted or repaired.

by: Availwalking by myself i took a look around i think i misunderstood the magic of this town it's time to recognize that i should let it go it doesn't look it doesn't feel like it i keep waiting for something don't know how long i'll last sometimes i think it could be my turn to detach can't find the strength to decide where is should go i don't think like i did i don't feel like i should i saw familiar faces far from those i knew so well couldn't think of much to say didn't know how i felt so i put them behind me and i let them go they didn't look like hey did they didn't feel like they should
