Darnell Smith (born September 20, 1972), also known by his stage name Belo Zero (or simply Belo) is an American Hip Hop recording artist signed to Rap-A-Lot, Virgin, and Sony Records. He is one of the original members of the Chicago-based rap group Do or Die.
In 2006, he released his debut solo album The Truth. The album included the single, "So Exclusive" featuring R&B singer, Johnny P.
In October 2007, Smith pled guilty in a plea bargain to the shooting death of Raymond "B-Dog" Pinkston and was sentenced to 10 years in prison of which he served 5 years. Try Me! is the second studio album by James Brown and The Famous Flames. It is a collection of singles, B-sides, and outtakes from their first album, Please Please Please. It was reissued by King Records in 1964 under the title The Unbeatable James Brown: 16 Hits.
"Try Me ~Watashi wo Shinjite~" (Try Me (Believe Me) in English) is the fifth single by Namie Amuro with Super Monkey's. The song is a remake of the Eurobeat song "Try Me" by English singer Annerley Gordon. This single did well, as it peaked to number 8 on the Oricon Charts. The song was also performed at the 37th Japan Record Awards.
Too Late the Hero is the fifth solo studio album by English singer-songwriter John Entwistle, bassist for The Who. It was released on ATCO Records (his first and last album that was to be released on that label) in the United States, and his own pressing company WEA in the United Kingdom and other releases in different countries. The album was his only solo album of the 1980s and his last album to chart, (although he had tried to release The Rock in 1986)
The album stalled at number #71 on the Billboard 200, which later proved to be Entwistle's highest charting solo release since Smash Your Head Against the Wall and the last album to chart before his death in 2002.
The album features well known musicians Joe Walsh on lead guitar, Billy Nicholls singing backing vocals, and lesser-known Joe Vitale behind the drums.
The album cover was photographed by Gered Mankowitz. The cover depicts Entwistle with an Alembic bass guitar over grainy photos of Entwistle dressed as various heroes.
Belo Corporation /ˈbiːloʊ/ was a Dallas-based media company that owned 20 commercial broadcasting television stations and two regional 24-hour cable news television channels. The company was previously known as A. H. Belo Corporation after one of the early owners of the company, Alfred Horatio Belo, now the name of the newspaper company spun off from Belo early in 2008. Belo had its headquarters in the Belo Building in Downtown Dallas, designed by Dallas architects Omniplan and constructed between 1983 and 1985.
Coordinates: 32°46′35″N 96°48′20″W / 32.77639°N 96.80556°W / 32.77639; -96.80556
The company traces its roots back to 1842 with the introduction of The Daily News in Galveston, Texas. Its flagship, The Dallas Morning News, has been publishing since 1885. The name A.H. Belo Corporation was applied to the company in 1926. The name was shortened to Belo Corporation in 2002.
On October 1, 2007, Belo announced the separation of its newspaper and television businesses by spinning off its newspaper business to shareholders as A. H. Belo, officially completed in February 2008. The television business retains the Belo Corporation name (without the "A. H." initials). The spin-off was structured so that the broadcasting company is the legal successor to the prior company.
Beloš (Serbian: Белош; fl. 1141–1163), was a Serbian prince and Hungarian palatine (comes palatinus, the highest court title) who served as the Regent of Hungary in 1141-1146, alongside his sister Helena, the queen consort of King Béla II with whom she had a son, Géza II, still an infant upon succession. Beloš held the title of duke (dux), and served as the viceregal (ban) of Croatia in 1142-1158 and briefly in 1163. Beloš, as a member of the Serbian Vukanović dynasty, also briefly ruled his patrimony as the Grand Prince of Serbia in 1162. He lived during a period of Serbian-Hungarian alliance, amid a growing threat from the Byzantines, who had earlier been the overlords of Serbia.
Beloš was the middle son of Uroš I, the Grand Prince of Serbia (r. ca 1112-1145), and Anna Diogenissa, the granddaughter of Romanos IV Diogenes, the Byzantine Emperor (r. 1068–1071). He had two brothers, Uroš II Primislav and Desa, and two sisters, Helen and Maria. Zavida, the father of future Grand Prince Stefan Nemanja, is possibly a fourth brother, this is however undisclosed.
Belo may refer to :
Its been such a long day
Followed by long nights
Sit here by myself
But it just don't feel alright
You've been talking to me
Everyone talking at me
Like
Try me, how do you live?
How do you breathe?
Try me, I'll pick you up
And make you believe
Surrounded and scared ain't ya?
Nobody is there for you
Under it all, they don't shine the way you do
But you're tangled up in
Everything wrong for you
Come on back to me and I'll make it be the one
Everyone talking at ya
Everyone coming at ya
Like
Try me, how do you live?
How do you breathe?
Try me, I'll pick you up
and make you believe
Try me, how do you live?
How do you breathe?
Try me, and I'll pick you up
and make you believe
I know it's been such a long time
and they still don't let you in
I know it feels like a long time
but you're never comin' back again
Are you ever comin' back again?
Its been such a long day
Followed by long nights
Sit here by myself
And it just don't feel so right
Try me, how do you live?
How do you breathe?
Try me, I'll pick you up
and make you believe
Try me, how do you live?
How do you breathe?
Try me, I'll pick you up
and make you believe
Try me (I'll make you believe),
Try me, Come on
Try me (I'll make you believe)
Try me, Try me (I'll make you believe)
How do you live?
How do you breathe?
Try me (I'll make you believe)
I'll pick you up
