Catherine (video game)

Catherine (キャサリン, Kyasarin) is a puzzle platformer adventure video game developed and published by Atlus for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game was released in Japan on February 17, 2011, and in North America on July 26, 2011, and in Europe and Australia in February 2012.Catherine was later released as a full downloadable game for the PlayStation Store in February 2012, and was also released on the Games on Demand service for Xbox 360 in April 2012. It was Atlus' first internally developed game for the seventh-generation of consoles, and was described as an "adult-oriented" title by the game's character designer, Shigenori Soejima.

Catherine was met with a mostly positive critical reception upon release, with critics praising the cutscenes, story, varied and distinctive gameplay, and puzzles, but criticizing the difficulty.

Gameplay

Catherine is a puzzle platformeradventure game in which players control Vincent Brooks, who begins having strange nightmares after his girlfriend, Katherine, begins to talk about marriage and commitment. This matter becomes more complicated for him when he meets a girl named Catherine, and begins an affair with her, and the nightmares get more and more intense. The main story mode, Golden Playhouse, follows the story between Daytime and Nightmare scenarios. During the daytime, Vincent will converse with his friends as well as try to handle his relationships with Catherine and Katherine. Most of this time takes place in the Stray Sheep bar where Vincent can save and send text messages from his mobile phone, talk to customers, order drinks, play a minigame titled Rapunzel or listen to a jukebox containing tracks from other Atlus games such as the Persona series.

Catherine (song)

"Catherine" was the Luxembourgish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1969, performed in French by French singer Romuald (who had previously represented Monaco at the 1964 Contest with "Où sont-elles passées" and would represent that country again).

The song is a ballad, in which Romuald reminisces about a girl he went to kindergarten with called Catherine. He sings that he was already in love with her then, and while they have lost touch since that time, he retains his feelings for her. The song ends with his question as to whether she has found love herself, and it is unclear whether he wants her to have done so. Romuald recorded the song in four languages; French, German, Spanish and Italian.

The song was performed second on the night (following Yugoslavia's Ivan & M's with "Pozdrav svijetu" and preceding Spain's Salomé with "Vivo Cantando"). At the close of voting, it had received 7 points, placing 11th in a field of 16.

It was succeeded as Luxembourgish representative at the 1970 Contest by David Alexandre Winter with "Je suis tombé du ciel". Romuald returned to the Contest in 1974, singing "Celui qui reste et celui qui s'en va".

Children of Chaos (Soulidium album)

Children Of Chaos is the debut album by American alternative metal band Soulidium. The album was released in 2007. The song "Trapped" was also featured on the Saw IV soundtrack. A follow-up to this album, Fly 2 The Sun, is set to release on August 20, 2011.

Eminem Presents: The Re-Up

Eminem Presents: The Re-Up is a hip hop compilation album performed by various artists of American record label, Shady Records. The album features performances by Shady Records artists Eminem, D12, 50 Cent, Obie Trice, Stat Quo, Bobby Creekwater and Cashis, while affiliated artists such as Lloyd Banks, Akon and Nate Dogg, made guest appearances. The album debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 chart and has since sold over one million copies in the US alone, being certified platinum by the RIAA.

Background

The album began as a street mixtape project; an underground, unofficial CD with raw production values. "But what happened is that the material was so good and the tracks were getting produced like a regular album", Eminem said: "Instead of putting it out there rough and unfinished, I thought we should add some other new tracks, make it a real album, and put it in the record stores to give these new artists a real boost".

Rampant misinformation about Eminem Presents: The Re-Up included many false internet track listings and the claim that the mixtape would be a tribute to the late Proof of D12. "The D12 album and those unreleased songs with Proof are coming", said Eminem, "but The Re-Up is about these new artists and these new songs. It isn't fair to them or to the memory of Proof to mix them up".

26 sketches were known to have aired in the 1951/52 season on DuMont's Cavalcade of Stars and two on The Ed Sullivan Show. The nine surviving episodes from Cavalcade have been released on DVD as of 2011. The two from The Ed Sullivan Show remain unreleased.

104 sketches were known to have aired between 1952-57 on CBS' The Jackie Gleason Show. Known as the "Lost Episodes", most of them have been released on DVD as of 2011. The remainder have not been released for various reasons, including: 1) Some are still lost or only in the hands of private collectors; 2) Some are incomplete or are in poor condition.

The "Classic 39" episodes are not included in this list as they constitute a sitcom version of The Honeymooners.
