TrackMania is a series of racing games for the Windows PC, Nintendo DS and Wii platforms, developed by the French team Nadeo for the PC. Instead of following the usual trend of choosing a set car and track to play the game, in TrackMania the players can create their own tracks using a "building block" process similar to that of the 1984 game Excitebike, the 1985 game Racing Destruction Set and the 1990 Brøderbund release, Stunts.
Unlike most other racing games, the TrackMania series lets the player race a track as many times as they want within a time limit. Players may choose to respawn at any time if they land upside down, leave the track or get off to a poor start. In multiplayer games, however, multiple cars race on the same track and cannot collide or otherwise influence each other.
There are currently seven basic games in the series, and an eighth game was announced by Ubisoft at E3 2015.
TrackMania 2 (stylized as TrackMania²) is a racing video game developed by Nadeo and published by Ubisoft as part of the TrackMania series.
TrackMania 2 features gameplay similar to that of previous games in the series. The player can race on various tracks, with the ability to do stunts in various modes, including a championship and a cooperative mode. The track editor from previous games also returned. A new "ManiaScript" is being created to help players add new features in the game.
The release of TrackMania 2: Canyon was somewhat unusual, with a combination of an open-beta/a preorder available on 17 August 2011. This allowed those who pre-ordered access into the multiplayer beta, to get the remainder of the features automatically activated upon the game's official release on 14 September 2011. On 27 February 2013, the game was also released on Steam along with the new installment of the series, TrackMania 2: Stadium. TrackMania 2: Canyon includes a single new environment for the series: Canyon. At the moment TrackMania 2: Canyon features 2 official gameplay modes: Race and Platform.
Destroyer of faith
War machine, my right hand
Quakes of fear and pain
My left waves plagues of blaring blight
Seething cries of those I've killed
Their blood christens my name
Destroyer of faith
Chaos breeding hellish torment
Interceding realms of peace
Emblazoned standard, seal of might
Inspires dread for all that see
Death machines and marching soldiers
Charging to appease the need
Intervals of cannons pounding
No mercy, no retreat
Thousands die within my wake
Screams of doom exalting me
Hail storms of relentless fire
Blasts of anguish consume the meek
Incinerate his chosen ones
Vanquishing the holy way
Seas of blood, mountains of flesh
No remorse, I am war!
Now - Blitzkrieg is here
Powered - By eternal hate
So - Come on, come unto me
