Toyo Tsutsuli (Chinese name Fong Juei, Yang, born July 14 in Taipei, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese indie singer-songwriter, musical director and artist. Because his past musical participation was focused on the market in Japan, his first name in Chinese was used as his artist name in Japanese pronunciation.[1] Toyo was born in a Taiwanese family but he is a Dutch origin from his mother's ancestry. Toyo speaks three languages, Chinese, English and Japanese.

Before 2008 : Japan [link]
Toyo used to sing J-pop music. In 2007, he went to Japan alone to participate in some auditions and master his Japanese. In 2008, he was signed by a talent agency Artholik in Tokyo however he didn't debut.[2] After half of year he was back to Taiwan and stopped his career as a singer. Until 2009, Toyo opened his myspace page. Because his style was close to some Japanese visual bands, Toyo started to get noticed by occidental people.
After 2010 : Electronic pop music [link]
In 2010, Toyo changed his genre to electronic pop music and released his first English single “WONDER”. Soon it was played on HomeGrownRadioNJ[3] in US and the other indie Radios in Europe. In the End of 2010, He released his first English Album “Surreal Party”. In 2011, Toyo set a page Send Love to Japan[4] for Japan earthquake on facebook and in April 9 he released "Live Again" as a theme song with music video on Youtube. In the end of 2011, He released his second English Album “NOUVEAU”. Without the support from major records industries, Toyo not only performed, produced, mixed and mastered all his albums by himself but also music videos including the art designs of his work.
