LaToya "Toya" Martin (born LaToya Rodriguez), known professionally as Toya, is a former American R&B singer from St. Louis, Missouri. She is perhaps best known for her 2001 hit, "I Do!!", which reached No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Her hit 2001 single "I Do" led to her self-titled debut album the same year. Her second single was 2002's "No Matter What (Party All Night)".
Toya confirmed via Twitter that she would like to record music again.[1]
One of three girls born to a Puerto Rican father and an African American mother, Rodriguez was named after LaToya Jackson.[2] She graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School in St. Louis County, Missouri, and St. Louis University.
Toya is married to former University of Tennessee quarterback and current University of Southern California assistant coach Tamaurice "Tee" Martin. On November 3, 2005 their son Kaden Martin was born.[3] In 2012, Rodriguez announced on Twitter, that she and Tee Martin were having another child.
