Tiny-G

Tiny-G (Korean: 타이니지) was a Thai-Korean duo based in South Korea, formed in 2012 by GNG production. The group consists of J.Min, and Mint. Their name "Tiny-G" stands for "Tiny Giant" because "even though they're small, with an average height of 153cm, they are strong and fierce like giants".

History

Before debut, the group appeared on MBC's show Show Champion on April 24, 2012 and performed the track “Polaris”, a song which singer Jay Park and actress Lee Si-young had made for them as a gift through MBC's Music and Lyrics. The instrumentation was composed and produced by Cha Cha Malone and Jay Park. The song was titled "Polaris" and was released on May 5. After "Music & Lyrics" was broadcast, Tiny-G became the number 1 searched item on many Korean search engines.

Their debut single "Tiny-G" was released on August 23, 2012. They made their debut on M! Countdown with "Tiny-G". The group released their second single, "Minimanimo" on January 20, 2013. On June 13, 2013, the group performed an OST for the game Dragon Nest titled "Here We Go", and on October 1, 2013, they released their third single, "Miss You".

TinyLinux

TinyLinux is a project led by Matt Mackall to reduce the size of the Linux kernel, in both memory usage and binary filesize. It is also known as the -tiny tree.

TinyLinux consists of a set of patches against the Linux kernel which make certain features optional, or add system monitoring and measurement so that further optimization can take place. They are made to be mergeable with the mainline kernel, and many patches have been merged to date.

Features include: the ability to disable ELF core dumps, reduce the number of swap files, use of the SLOB memory allocator, ability to disable BUG(). For measuring and accounting features include: ability for kmalloc/kfree allocations to be monitored through /proc/kmalloc; and measurement of inline usage during kernel compiling.

Tiny (Once Upon a Time)

"Tiny" is the 13th episode of the second season of the American ABC fantasy/drama television series Once Upon a Time, and the show's 35th episode overall, which aired on February 10, 2013.

It was co-written by Kalinda Vazquez and Christine Boylan, while being directed by Guy Ferland.

This episode centers around the Giant as he accidentally believes David is James, while flashbacks show the Giant's with history David's brother.

In the Characters' Past

A group of giant brothers gather for dinner in their castle in the sky to celebrate the once-a-century harvest of magic beans. Anton (Jorge Garcia), the shortest among them, is nicknamed "Tiny" and is mocked for his interest in humans. The leader of the giants, Arlo (Abraham Benrubi), explains that humans used the beans for conquest instead of exploration, so the giants now conceal themselves and the beans. Anton asks why they still grow the beans, as the giants also don't use them, and Arlo says the labor itself is worthwhile. Another brother, Abraham (C. Ernst Harth), then breaks a human harp that interested Anton, and an angry Anton climbs down the beanstalk to the human world.
