Tina May (born 30 March 1961, in Gloucester, U.K.) is an English female jazz vocalist who has recorded several albums on the 33 Jazz Records label. She lived in Frampton-on-Severn when she was young, and attended Stroud High School. Her albums for the 33 Jazz Records label feature bands including her ex-husband, drummer Clark Tracey. May has also worked with Tony Coe and Nikki Iles. Other recordings include Stan Sulzmann, Ray Bryant ( see The Penguin Jazz Guide. The History of the Music in 1001 Best Albums) and very recently, Enrico Pieranunzi .
