Time Travelers (1976 film)

Time Travelers is a 1976 Science Fiction movie starring Sam Groom, Tom Hallick, and Richard Basehart. The film was written by Jackson Gillis and Rod Serling. The film was originally produced by Irwin Allen to be a remake of the 1960s series The Time Tunnel which ran only one season. The pilot did not sell and was repackaged as an ABC Movie of the Week.

Plot

During a Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans, a young girl in a marching band is the latest victim to fall sick to a mysterious new virus - so sudden - it could only be named "XB". Dr. Clinton Earnshaw (Sam Groom) has been following the outbreak but has thus far only been able to diagnose it, when he is interrupted - and seemingly waylaid - by an apparent misfit, Jeff Adams (Tom Hallick). Adams' credentials say he's been sent by Washington to help, but with no medical background, Adams has little to recommend himself as being anything other than a drag on Earnshaw's limited time. (He sums himself up by describing his M.A. being in sociology from a "Cow College", and having dropped out of the space program.)

Time Travelers (タイムトラベラーズ, Taimu Toraberāzu) is a video game "without a genre" developed by Level-5 for the Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation Portable. Initially announced for Nintendo 3DS, Level-5 announced in October 2011 that the game would also be coming to the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita. A demo of the game was included with the release of Level-5's Nintendo 3DS eShop title, Guild01. The game's mystery-themed narrative was penned by Jirou Ishii, who previously directed Chunsoft's acclaimed 2008 visual novel 428: Fūsa Sareta Shibuya de, as well as the 1987 cyberpunk adventure game Imitation City.

Plot

In 2013, a mysterious hole, called "Lost Hole", emerged from the sky, and along with it, came an enormous explosion that devastated the central Tokyo area and claimed the lives of many. Eighteen years later on April 28, 2031, in a newly rebuilt metropolis, a new event is about to occur, one that could change the fate of the world forever.
