This Is 40 is a 2012 American comedy-drama film written, co-produced and directed by Judd Apatow. It is a spin off/sequel to the 2007 film Knocked Up and stars Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann. Filming was conducted in mid-2011, and the film was released in North America on December 21, 2012. The film follows the lives of middle-aged married couple Pete and Debbie as they each turn 40, with their jobs and daughters adding stress to their relationship.
This Is 40 received mixed reviews from critics, who praised its cast, acting and the film's comedic moments and perceptive scenes, but criticized the film's overlong running time and occasional aimlessness.
The film begins with Pete and Debbie having sex in the shower. Pete reveals that he took a Viagra given to him by his friend Barry (Rob Smigel); this enrages Debbie and they stop. Debbie is angered that she is turning 40.
After five years, Debbie owns a boutique with Desi (Megan Fox) and Jodi (Charlyne Yi) working for her. Pete owns his own record label, with his friends Ronnie (Chris O'Dowd) and Cat (Lena Dunham) working with him. Pete's business is struggling financially as he promotes the reunion of Graham Parker & The Rumour. The couple also are having to deal with their daughters; Sadie, a young teenager, and eight-year-old Charlotte. For Debbie's birthday, the couple goes on a romantic weekend to a resort. There they get high from eating marijuana cookies, and fantasize out loud about ways they would kill each other.

There are a number of places, both bays and communities, in the world known as West Bay.
West Bay (Arabic: بندر الغربي) is a newly developed neighborhood of Doha, in the state of Qatar. It is considered as one of the most prominent districts of Doha, being the latest district to be built. West Bay includes many modern buildings unlike other, older districts of Doha. Some of the tallest skyscrapers in Qatar are found in this area, such as the Al Quds Endowment Tower, which has yet to be completed.
One of Lycée Franco-Qatarien Voltaire's branches, Qatar's French international school, is located in West Bay. Schools in West Bay include:
Coordinates: 50°42′42″N 2°45′50″W / 50.7116°N 2.763750°W / 50.7116; -2.763750
West Bay, also known as Bridport Harbour, is a small harbour settlement and resort on the English Channel coast in Dorset, England, sited at the mouth of the River Brit approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) south of Bridport. The area is part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site.
The harbour at West Bay is not a natural landscape feature and it has a long history of having been silted up, blocked by shingle and damaged by storms, and each time repairs, improvements and enlargements have subsequently been made. The harbour has been moved twice: it was originally 1 mile (1.6 km) inland, then was moved to the coast beside the East Cliff, then was moved again 270 metres (300 yd) along the coast to the west, where it is located today.
The previous main commercial trade of the harbour—exporting Bridport's ropes and nets—declined in the second half of the 19th century. When the railway arrived in 1884, attempts were made to provide the settlement with the facilities of a resort, and today West Bay has a mixed economy of tourism and fishing.
This Is Berkeley, Not West Bay is a 7" EP released in 1994 on Zafio Records, and featuring AFI, Screw 32, Dead and Gone, and Black Fork. There were 2 identical pressings in 1994 and 1995, both on black vinyl. The first was 2,000, the 2nd was 1,000.
The title and the cover of the EP is based on the Boston hardcore compilation This Is Boston, Not L.A.. Zafio Records co-founder Jesse Luscious loved the original Boston compilation so much he chose to pay homage to it through this release of 4 of the best young east bay punk bands of the time. It was the first or close to the first official release of each band. All 4 were growing in popularity in the local do-it-yourself punk scene at 924 Gilman Street in Berkeley, California.
The EP was reissued in 2011 on Zafio Records by Jesse Luscious in a one-time repressing of 1,000 copies on white colored vinyl. Each copy was hand-numbered and contained a free mp3 version of the 4 songs. The EP was remixed by Noah Landis (of Neurosis, Blister, Christ on Parade, Everything Must Go) and remastered by George Horn of Fantasy Studios.
I tried to make myself, fit inside your world
My time's been spent on being the right girl
How far away I am from where I need to be
I'm so tired of this useless fantasy
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what I need to be
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what you mean to me
I'm not losing hope, I'm not laying blame
I know we both want love, we both feel the same
I'm moving forward to where I need to be
My life is spinning in this mystery
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what I need to be
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what you mean to me
I tried to be so perfect
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what I need to be
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what you mean to me
Oh oh, oh oh
This is not what I need to be
Oh oh, oh oh
