The Masterpiece is the fifth studio album by American singer Bobby Brown, released on June 5, 2012 on Bronx Bridge Entertainment. It is his first studio album in fifteen years since Forever. It is also his first album to issue the Parental Advisory label.

The Masterpiece (Chinese: 名鑄) is a 64-floor 261 metre (856 ft) tall skyscraper in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It houses the 6-storey K11 shopping centre. The 381-room Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, located from Level 3 to 24, opened on October 2, 2009. 345 residential flats occupy the 27th to 67th floors.
The complex is connected to both Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations via underground subway links with the K11 shopping centre.
The project was jointly developed by New World Development and the Urban Renewal Authority (URA). The building, along with other URA projects, has been criticized for its destruction of historical sites, and for damaging the existing community by contributing to gentrification which pushes out the less well-off.
The Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui (Chinese: 香港尖沙咀凱悅酒店) is a 381-room hotel located from levels 3 to 24 of the complex. It opened on October 2, 2009.
The hotel was formerly located on Nathan Road. Opened on November 1, 1969, it was the first Hyatt Hotel established outside of the United States. It was closed on January 1, 2006 after 36 years of service. The former site of the hotel is now occupied by iSQUARE, a 31-storey shopping mall.
