"The Fifth Stage" is the eleventh episode of the fourth season of the NBC science fiction drama series Heroes and seventieth episode overall. The episode aired on November 30, 2009.
As Noah Bennet goes over what he knows already about the carnival people, he is surprised by Lauren who decided to take him out on a date to the movies instead of the other way around. When she asks about what Noah was doing, he explains his investigation, and in doing so discovers the compass is gone and deduces Claire Bennet must have taken it. Lauren offers her help by using CIA technology to triangulate her cellphone's location and get a general idea of where Claire is heading. As they attempt to locate her, Noah and Lauren find themselves striking up a conversation about their relationship which leads Noah to reveal the truth about Lauren having the Haitian erase her memories of their breakfasts together among other things. Shortly after, they are interrupted by one of Samuel Sullivan's carnies who has the ability to create multiple copies of himself. They escape into the bathroom and grab some hidden guns. When they return to the main room, the man and his multiple selves are gone along with the Primatech files Noah was hanging onto.
Fifth is the ordinal form of the number five.

The Fifth is the fifth studio album by British rapper Dizzee Rascal, released on 30 September 2013 under Dirtee Stank Recordings and Island Records. The Fifth is Dizzee Rascal's first release since he signed with Universal. It succeeds his fourth studio album Tongue n' Cheek (2009) and features production from RedOne, Jonas Jeberg, M.J. Cole, Baptiste, Goldstein, Andrew "Pop" Wansel and Teddy Sky, among others. The album features guest appearances from singers Jessie J, Robbie Williams, Sean Kingston, Angel, and rappers Tinie Tempah, Bun B, Trae tha Truth, and Will.i.am. The album's track listing was confirmed when it was made available to pre-order via the iTunes Store.
Dizzee commented on the album: "It's the best-produced album I've done so far. If my last record was dipping my foot into the swimming pool of happiness, this one is fully going for a swim - backstroke, butterfly, in every way... not just doggy paddle". The majority of the album was produced in Los Angeles between 2011-2013 and follows the same experimental genre of Rascal's previous studio album, Tongue n' Cheek (2009).
The Fifth is a hard rock band from Fayetteville, North Carolina. The current members are vocalist Roy Cathey, guitarist Icky Jim, bassist Franko and drummer Darius "Bunky" Rose. The Fifth signed to EMG/Universal Records on July 28, 2009, with Monster Energy sponsoring the band. The Fifth celebrated 11 years together on July 14, 2012 with a free show at IT'Z Entertainment City in Fayetteville NC.
The Fifth started in 2001 out of Fayetteville, North Carolina by Roy Cathey who started out in the early 90s with a band called Cold Sweat with former Keel Lead and Rhythm guitarist Marc Ferrari. Roy Cathey co-wrote on "Long Way Down" and "Killing Floor" from Cold Sweat's debut album Break Out. Cold Sweat released "Lets Make Love Tonight" video to MTV and on that day, Cold Sweat was dropped from MCA records. The breakup of Cold Sweat came when Grunge took over MTV and radio, just like many other bands of that genre and during that era.
Cold Sweat spawned two projects for which Roy Cathey sang; "Sweatin' Bullets" and "Pain Society", both featuring ex-members of Cold Sweat. This is Roy Cathey's second time being signed with a Major Record Label.
The stage loomed in the distance
It was powerful
And it was massive
The stage sung to me a siren song
Summoning me to perform
Inky black curtains were threatening me
It was some unknown terror
It was a paralyzing fear
The very air shimmered with magic
It goes to form the essence of the theater
The stage in its majestic glory
Whispered enchanting strains
It was numbing my mind
Is my goal for this light year 1985
Who of you are daring enough to join us
Who of you are fearless enough to watch
I was scared to death
But then I stepped onto center stage
The lights beamed down
And I thought if I tried
I could become a showman
Yes I let it take me away
Higher through the skies
