Age is the sixth studio album by The Hidden Cameras.
The lead single "Gay Goth Scene" was released in July, 2013. ]The video for the single was directed by Kai Stänicke, who received the “Short Film Award for Human Rights” at San Marino International Film Festival awards, “Tadgell’s Bluebell Honor Award”, being named “Best Short Film About/For Youth” at the 16th Auburn International Film Festival for Children and Young Adults in Sydney, Australia, and best German short at the International Queer Film Festival Hamburg, Germany.
The cover art work is by Joel Gibb and Paul P. The interior drawing of Chelsea Manning is by G.B. Jones.

"Age" is a song written and recorded by Jim Croce and his wife Ingrid. The song was first recorded in 1969 on their self-titled album. Jim Croce would record the song again, this time without Ingrid, for his final album I Got a Name in 1973.Jerry Reed's cover of the song was released as a single in 1980 on his tribute album to Croce, and it peaked at thirty-six on the Billboard country chart.
Content
Age is about a change in the narrator’s disposition after an experience over time where he went from having a lot of success to a little because of bad choices. The speaker regrets losing his ideals, which has caused him to be right back where he started from before his success. After losing everything he is working his way back to the top and is using his experience to better himself the second time around. The narrator will be careful climbing to success because "when you're down nobody gives a damn anyway"

Apse (band)
Apse (pronounced "apps") was an American rock band signed to the UK label ATP Recordings and Spanish label Acuarela Discos. The band moved through many different musical styles since its inception, weaving together at various times shoegazer, Heavy Metal, gothic rock, post-punk, prog-rock, industrial, and post-rock influences; while at the same time working in tribal, experimental, ambient and ethereal atmospheres. The most common lyrical themes had to do with spirituality, relationships with others (human as well as paranormal or divine), paranoia, power, and control.
Biography
Apse was formed in 1999 in Newtown, Connecticut by high school friends Robert Toher (guitar), Ezer Lichtenstein (drums), and Ryan Todd (bass) as an instrumental, experimental ambient rock group .
After the group recorded its first EP in 2001, friend Aaron Piccirillo joined as an additional guitarist. This lineup recorded several more EPs, and eventually Toher's vocals entered the mix. The band’s gigs were often performed in low light with the members seated, surrounded by antique electronic equipment.
