Sebastián Rulli

Sebastián Óscar Rulli (pronounced: [seβaˈstjan ˈoskaɾ ˈɾuʝi] or [ˈɾuʎi]; born July 6, 1975 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine-Mexicanactor and model.

Career

Rulli began his career modeling in many different countries in Europe, namely Spain, Italy and France as well as in Mexico and the United States. In Mexico, he enrolled in Televisa's Centro de Educación Artística (CEA), where he studied acting.

Rulli made his first appearance on Mexican television in the soap opera Primer amor, a mil por hora in 2000. He has appeared in telenovelas including Clase 406 (2002) and Rubí (2004), where he played Héctor Ferrer. His most recent role was in Televisa's telenovela Teresa as Arturo, one of the main characters.

In 2013, Rulli, along with Angelique Boyer and Luis Roberto Guzmán, starred in Angelli Nesma's Lo que la vida me robó, a remake of Ernesto Alonso's Bodas de odio produced in 1983.

Angelique Boyer (Spanish pronunciation: [aɲɟʝeˈlik βoˈʝeɾ]), born Angélique Monique-Paulette Boyer Rousseau (French pronunciation: ​[ɑ̃ʒelik mɔnik polɛt bwa.jeʁ ʁuso]), on July 4, 1988, is a French-born Mexican actress.

She started her career playing secondary roles in the telenovelas Rebelde, Muchachitas como tú, and Corazón Salvaje. In 2010, she was given her first protagonist role in Teresa, a remake of the 1959 telenovela. In Teresa, Boyer portrays Teresa Chávez Aguirre, a young woman who will use her beauty and ambition to escape from her impoverished life in a poor Mexico City neighborhood. Her acting and portrayal received widespread acclaim from critics and audiences alike, and in 2011 she won the Premios TVyNovelas "Best Actress of the Year" for her work in Teresa .

Boyer was included in Los 50 más bellos list of People en Español, a list of Latino celebrities chosen for their beauty. In 2012, she was given her second protagonist role in Abismo de Pasión.

Margarita Magaña (Spanish pronunciation: [marɣaˈɾita maˈɣaɲa]; born Margara Magaña Jiménez on July 25, 1979 in Mexico City, D.F., Mexico) is a Mexican actress and model, best known for her roles in the Mexican television series Al diablo con los guapos, Un gancho al corazón, and Teresa.

Career

Margarita started her career at 15 years old in telenovela Club de Gaby. And later she signed in Centro de Capacitación Artística de Televisa (CEA) to prepare herself as an actress. In the year 1995 she receive her first opportunity to participate in the world of soap operas, her debut was with Thalia in María la del barrio; from the history race of Magaña it would take a full course there from successes.

In the Mexican film La Primera Noche it was the debut of the actress in this sort, sharing credits with Osvaldo Benavides and Mariana Ávila. In 1999 she plays her first role of antagonist in the soap opera Por tu Amor. In 2001 she protagonized in the soap opera El Juego de la Vida with Sara Maldonado, Ana Layevska and Jackie García.

Ana Brenda Contreras

Ana Brenda Contreras (born as Ana Brenda Contreras Pérez on December 24, 1986 in Río Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico ), sometimes credited simply as Ana Brenda, is a Mexican actress and singer.

Biography

Growing up between Río Bravo, Tamaulipas. Ana Brenda Contreras moved to Mexico City at the age of 15, to participate in the reality show Pop Stars, where she was a finalist and member of the band, t'detila. They recorded an album with the same name. In 2003, she joined the Center for Arts Education Televisa to study acting. In 2005, she appeared as Juanita in the telenovela Barrera de amor, produced by Ernesto Alonso.

In 2006, Ana Brenda participated in a production of Grease. That same year, she had a role in the novela Duelo de Pasiones as Claudia, which was produced by Juan Osorio.

In 2008, she starred in the film "Divina Confusion," directed by Salvador Garcini. She also starred as the protagonist "Violeta Madrigal" in the telenovela Juro Que Te Amo, which was produced by MaPat.

Teresa (2010 telenovela)

Teresa, is a Mexican telenovela produced by José Alberto Castro for Televisa. It is a remake of Mexican telenovela of the same name produced in 1959.

Sebastián Rulli, Aarón Díaz, Cynthia Klitbo and Angelique Boyer star as the main protagonists, while Ana Brenda Contreras star as the co-protagonist.

Plot

Teresa is a beautiful and intelligent young woman, desperately seeking to leave the grinding poverty of the neighborhood where she lives. Despite being beautiful and having support and love from her parents, she lives a miserable and resentful life, blaming poverty for her sister's death. After Rosa dies from a heart disease, Teresa vows that she will never be poor again, making plans to escape the life of poverty surrounding her, using her beauty as a way to make it to the top. She is in love with Mariano, a man who lives in the same neighborhood with her and is studying to become a doctor in order to meet Teresa's expectations and fulfill all her dreams. But Teresa is impatient.
