TNFRSF12A

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 12A also known as the Tweak-receptor (TweakR) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFRSF12A gene.

Clinical significance

NFAT1 regulates the expression of TWEAKR (this protein) and its ligand TWEAK with lipocalin 2 to increase breast cancer cell invasion.
