Thiruvaiyaru Panchapakesa Rajalakshmi (11 November 1911 – 1964) was the first Tamil and Telugu film heroine, female director and producer in the South Indian cinema industry.
T.P.Rajalakshmi was born on 11 November 1911 in the town of Thiruvaiyaru in the then Tanjore district of the Madras Presidency.
At the age of 20, Rajalakshmi married her co-star T. V. Sundaram. As soon after their wedding, the Couple adopted a female child, inorder to save the girl child from "Girl Child Assassination", that was practiced in those days. Also Rajalakshmi acted in several stage plays showing the protest for the British people, who were ruling over the India in those days, which made Rajalakshmi to be imprisoned several times by the British Government. Rajalakshmi was a role model for the people and she initiated the social awareness to fight against the Female Child Assassination and to fight for the Freedom of the Nation through her life style that she led.
Later the couple gave birth to a female child and named the child as "Kamala" in 1936. T.P.Rajalakshmi also directed a film named Miss Kamala' and inaugurated the birth of her daughter Kamala. The movie Miss Kamala turned out to be a blockbuster hit of those days and Rajalakshmi was a leading star of those days, which made the people to expect and wait anxious for Rajalakshmi's upcoming movies. She was the top star of those days and continued her role in several films.

History
The village is first mentioned in a 1237 decree where it is referred to as Tapan. Over time the name was shortened to its current form. According to another document from the end of the 13th century the village contained 195 houses however was nearly destroyed by fire in 1881. The town’s name was formally registered as Táp in 1898 and the village’s current flag and crest was registered in 1992.
As a result of land reform following World War I the and within the village was broken up into smaller parcels. In further land reform following World War II 621 families were allotted 1800 kilo-hectares. The 1950s saw the collectivization and privatization of the village’s agricultural lands. Private land ownership was reinstated during the transition from socialism in 1993-1994 and the collective was replaced by a 20 member agricultural production cooperative.

Tyup is a center of the Tup District of the Issyk Kul Province of Kyrgyzstan. It was established as village Preobrazhenskoye in 1870. Tyup is a road junction town at the northeast corner of Lake Issyk Kul. To the west on A363 is Anan'yevo and to the south Karakol. To the east, A362 leads up the Karkara valley to Kazakhstan.
The Karkara ('black crane') Valley leads east from here about 60 km to Kazakhstan between the Kyungey Ala-Too to the north and the Central Tian Shan to the south. There is an annual horse festival. Halfway up the valley is the village of San-Tash (counting stones). It is said that Tamerlane once ordered each of his soldiers to place a stone in a pile as they passed. When they returned, each soldier was to remove a stone, the number of remaining stones being the number of soldiers that has died. There is a small hollow in the top of the pile, representing the comparatively very small number of people who returned. There are no other stones in the region for miles around.
Rajalakshmi (June 2, 1930 – January 18, 1965) was a Malayalam writer and poet in India. She was born at Cherpulassery, Palakkad; her father was Marath Achutha Menon and mother was Kutty Malu Amma. Professionally she was a lecturer in Physics and worked in many NSS Colleges including the one at Ottappalam. As a notable writer she won the Kerala Sahithya Academy Award in 1960 for her work Oru Vazhiyum Kure Nizhalukalum (A Path and a Few Shadows). It later became a TV serial and was broadcast as a play by All India Radio. Her other notable works of fiction are Njaneenna Bhavam (ഞാനെന്ന ഭാവം) and Uchaveyilum Ilam Nilavum (ഉച്ചവെയിലും ഇളംനിലാവും) Her famous poem is “Ninne Njan Snehikkunnu”.
She was the younger sister of T. A. Sarasvati Amma.
She committed suicide in 1965.

Rajyalakshmi (born December 18, 1964) is a South Indian film actress. She was a prominent lead actress during the 1980s in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu films. She was well noted for her performance in the Telugu movie Sankarabharanam which she starred as the female lead alongside Chandra Mohan at the age of fifteen. Since her success from Sankarabharanam, Rajyalakshmi has acted as a heroine with many prominent actors from all corners of the Indian film industry including Rajnikanth, Balakrishna, N.T.Rama Rao, Nageswara Rao,Shankar, Mohanlal, Dilip, Jitendra, Mamooty, Vishnuvardhan. Currently she is acting in Tamil serials with occasional appearances in game shows and frequent movies.
Rajyalakshmi was born in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh on December 18, 1964. When she was young, she and her mother acted in small plays in an acting troupe. When she was at the age of fifteen she was chosen to play the part as "Sarada" in Sankarabharanam. She was married in the year 1990 to Ramesh Krishnan and have two children, Rohit Krishnan and Rahul Krishnan. She now resides in Chennai with her family.
