Sukhda Misra

Sukhda Misra (born 15 October 1941) is a political and social worker and a Member of Parliament elected from the Etawah constituency in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh being a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate. In 2009 general elections she contested from Kanpur on Bahujan Samaj Party ticket, but she lost with margin of 1,66,614 against Shriprakash Jaiswal.

Education & Career

Sukhda completed her B.A in Chandigarh. She was elected as a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly during 1974-77 and 1980-91. She was elected to the 12th Lok Sabha in 1998 and duirng 1998-99, she served as

    Misra is a surname found among the people of Brahmin caste who follow tantrik traditions. They are found in North India and Nepal. They have migrated to all the major countries of the world.

    The word misra belongs to the ancient European language which means a line of dark red colour. Red colour signifies feminism and line refers to decent. Thus the word misra means feminine descent. Misra Brahmins belongs to the Goddess Katyayni's clan, the only feminine clan in the entire system.
    The word 'mishra' is used in some Arabian and European folk tales in relation to magic and witchcraft.

    History

    According to Jewish tradition Misra is considered to be the founder of Egypt. There he is known as Mizra(eim). They may be descended from him.

    According to the family folks, Misras are the followers and descendents of Great Sage Sukracharya. Lord Brahma refused to provide education to Sukracharya. That is why he pray to Lord Shiv and demanded to accept him as His disciple. Lord Shiv provided with him the most rare and secret tantrik education. Sukracharya refers to Planet Venus(Sukra) which is a symbol of feminity. Misras of Avadh region in India worship Mari Mata as their Kuldevi. Goddess Mari is not mentioned in the common Hindu scriptures. She has been worshipped for a long time in Basque region of Europe with the nearly same way as in Avadh.

    Motor Industry Software Reliability Association

    Motor Industry Software Reliability Association (MISRA) is an organization that produces guidelines for the software developed for electronic components used in the automotive industry. It is a collaboration between vehicle manufacturers, component suppliers and engineering consultancies.

    Aim

    The aim of this organization is to provide important advice to the automotive industry for the creation and application of safe, reliable software within vehicles. The safety requirements of the software used in Automobiles is different from that of other areas such as healthcare, industrial automation, aerospace etc. The mission statement of MISRA is "To provide assistance to the automotive industry in the application and creation within vehicle systems of safe and reliable software".

    Formation

    MISRA was formed by a consortium of organizations formed in response to the UK Safety Critical Systems REsearch Programme. This programme was supported by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.
