Suai, East Timor
Suai is a city in East Timor, in Suai Subdistrict. It has a population of 9,866 and is located 138 km to the southwest of Dili, the national capital. Suai is the capital of the Cova Lima District, which is in the southwest of the country. It is located just a few kilometers from the Timor Sea, on the south side of the island.
Suai was the location of the Suai Church Massacre in September 1999. It was one of a number of massacres perpetrated by a pro-Indonesia militia in the time of the Indonesian withdrawal of East Timor.
Following the events of 1999, Suai entered into a friendship program with Port Phillip, a bayside district of Melbourne in Australia. Together they are working towards assisting the community of Suai recover.

The Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (Russian: Санкт-Петербургский государственный университет аэрокосмического приборостроения) is a university with 13 faculties in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Faculties are devoted to innovation management, aerospace engineering, electronic engineering, energy development, computer science, telecommunication, humanities, military science, economics, jurisprudence and special faculties for distance education and recently acquired colleges.
University has several buildings and campuses, two of them located near to Chesme Church. Main building is located on shore of Moyka River, on the opposite shore of river stands the building of Moika Palace. One campus of SUAI is situated in Ivangorod, near to border with Estonia.
There are students from many countries through international educational programs. Total quantity of students is more than 10 thousand.

In 1941 the institute was founded as the "Leningrad Institute of Aviation" (Russian: Ленинградский авиационный институт).
