Steve Williams (footballer, born 1983)

Steve Williams (born 21 April 1983) is an English professional footballer formerly of Wycombe Wanderers in Football League Two. Williams joined the club aged 14 after having trials at Chelsea. He is currently with Evo Stik Southern Premier Division side Evesham United.

He served a work experience spell at Beaconsfield SYCOB in 2002 due to limited opportunities with the Blues, starting the 2002–03 campaign as third choice behind Martin Taylor and Mark Osborn, signed his first professional contract in April 2002. He made his league début against Stockport County on 9 August 2003, after having a successful pre-season campaign ahead of first choice Frank Talia. Despite being in and out of the side throughout the 2003–04 season, Williams steadily improved and was unfortunate to fracture a finger at Plymouth Argyle in early April, missing the rest of that season.

Fit again for the start of the 2005–06 campaign, Williams never really came close to challenging Frank Talia for the number one spot and both had to see loan goalkeepers brought in ahead of them. However, William's first start of the season came against Peterborough United on the last game of the 2005–06 season which was enough to see him keep his place for the play-off games against Cheltenham Town.

Steve Williams (rock drummer)

Steve Williams (born 17 September 1953), is the Welsh drummer for the Welsh rock band Budgie. He joined Budgie for the recording of the album, Bandolier, in late 1974. Williams plays Pearl drums and Paiste cymbals.

Steve is currently drumming in South Wales' Rock/Pop covers band Mr. Hate

Steve Williams (musician)

Steve Williams (born 20 October 1971) is the former keyboardist for British power metal band Power Quest and former member of DragonForce.

Williams formed Power Quest in 2001 after leaving DragonForce (known at the time as DragonHeart) and has been their main songwriter and face of the band since then. In 2008 he accepted an offer from former Manowar guitarist David Shankle to join D.S.G., but left only a few months later.

He announced the split-up of Power Quest in January 2013, citing financial issues and lack of label support.

In July 2013, it was revealed that Steve Williams was the new keyboard player for the multi-national melodic metal band Eden's Curse replacing former keyboardist Alessandro Del Vecchio.

Steve Williams (caddy)

Steve Williams, MNZM (born 29 December 1963) is a New Zealander who has served as a caddy for several top professional golfers, most recently with Adam Scott. Williams is best known for having served as Tiger Woods' caddy from 1999 to 2011. Woods was the top-ranked golfer in the world for much of Williams' tenure as caddy.

Career

Williams was born in Wellington. He began his career of caddying at his home club at age 6. By age 10, he was frequently caddying 36 holes on Saturday and Sunday and then practising his golf game until dark, becoming a two-handicap by age 13. However, as he reports on his official site, "by the age of thirteen I found myself enjoying caddying more than playing."

He received his first break as a caddy in 1976, when his father arranged for him to carry the bags of Australian great Peter Thomson in the New Zealand Open. Thomson, who finished third, was impressed with the young Williams, who became his regular caddy when he played in New Zealand. The teenaged Williams also traveled to Australia on school breaks to caddy in tournaments there. In 1979, before he turned 16, he left school and moved to Europe to become a caddy on the European Tour.
