Steak

A steak is a meat generally sliced perpendicular to the muscle fibers, potentially including a bone. Exceptions, in which the meat is sliced parallel to the fibers, include the skirt steak that is cut from the plate, the flank steak that is cut from the abdominal muscles, and the Silverfinger steak that is cut from the loin and includes three rib bones. When the word "steak" is used without qualification, it generally refers to a beef steak. In a larger sense, there are also fish steaks, ground meat steaks, pork steak and many more varieties.

As a "top-quality ingredient", beef steaks "are perfect if properly grilled", but they can be pan-fried, or broiled. Steak is often grilled in an attempt to replicate the flavor of steak cooked over the glowing coals of an open fire. Steak can also be cooked in sauce, such as in steak and kidney pie, or minced and formed into patties, such as hamburgers.

"Steaks" are also cut from grazing animals, usually farmed, other than cattle, including bison, camel, goat, horse, kangaroo, sheep, ostrich, pigs, reindeer, turkey and deer, as well as various types of fish, especially salmon. Some cured meat, such as gammon, is commonly served as steak.

  • Personal Storage Table

In computing, a Personal Storage Table (.pst) is an open proprietary file format used to store copies of messages, calendar events, and other items within Microsoft software such as Microsoft Exchange Client, Windows Messaging, and Microsoft Outlook. The open format is controlled by Microsoft who provide free specifications and free irrevocable technology licensing.

The file format may also be known as a Personal Folders (File). When functioning in its capacity as a cache for Outlook's Cached Exchange Mode feature, it may be called an Off-line Storage Table (.ost) or an Off-line Folders (File).

    Overview

In Microsoft Exchange Server, the messages, the calendar, and other data items are delivered to and stored on the server. Microsoft Outlook stores these items in a personal-storage-table (.pst) or off-line-storage-table (.ost) files that are located on the local computer. Most commonly, the .pst files are used to store archived items and the .ost files to maintain off-line availability of the items. This is an essential feature of Microsoft Outlook.

    They wear black & blue
    And carry some weapons too
They think they're smart & cool
With all those guns & chains
They're ignorant & play the fool
    Even pigs have more brains
They're as clumsey as a cow
Do we want them ? I say no!
    S.T.C.
    Woah,screw the cops
We carry out the work of God
Just like a priest is what they say
He who believes is a silly sod
And should be shot or put away
They use the law for their own sake
    They ain't human,they're a fake
Drive too fast & there they are
When people get killed, they stay in their car
    S.T.C.
    Woah,screw the cops
    They're a bunch of bastards
    Those guardians of the street
    They're full grown disasters
    Walking pillars of dumb meat
    Tehyalways think they are winners
To me they're some silly sinners
No matter how much you put away
There are a lot more made to stay
