They call Hollywood, California, and Boston, Massachusetts, home. The band members are Chris Kelly on guitar, Bang (Greg Scott) on bass, Shawn Vincentt on drums.
After Roxy & Sharmet left the project, the band relocated back to Boston, where singer Ron John joined around 1999.
History
Back to Boston, Soundtrack to a Suicide CD
After moving back to the East Coast, the band had a couple dozen songs already written when they started recording with Joe Laquidara (former sideman for Boston (band).
The ‘Soundtrack to a Suicide’ CD would be the result. It was recorded while the band started playing shows around Boston and the surrounding areas.
These live shows would go on to show audiences a much rougher punk rock edge to the bands sound. That edge was lost in the studio.
Instead of fixing the problem, they got a producer only looking for more money, lost in his 70s FM radio sounds, recording over tracks, leaving only his engineer to answer for him, etc, etc. ... Tie this together with the bills piling up, partying as an escape seemed like an easy answer.
Soon after, finger pointing and blame led to communication within the band disolving. Half the band moved back to Hollywood, California where the ‘Soundtrack to a Suicide’ CD was released in an attempt to put together a new Stars Underground line-up on the West coast.
