Skyquake

SkyquakesOr "Mystery Booms" are unexplained reports of a phenomenon that sounds like a cannon or a sonic boom coming from the sky. They have been heard in several locations around the world such as the banks of the river Ganges in India, the East Coast and inland Finger Lakes of the United States, as well as areas of the North Sea, Japan and Italy.

They have been reported from: on an Adriatic island in 1824; Western Australia, South Australia & Victoria in Australia; Belgium; frequently on calm summer days in the Bay of Fundy, Canada; Lough Neagh in Northern Ireland; Scotland; Passamaquoddy Bay, New Brunswick & Cedar Keys, Florida & Franklinville, New York in 1896 & in northern Georgia in the United States.

Skyquake (Transformers)

Skyquake is the name of several fictional characters from the various Transformers universes.

Transformers: Generation 1

Skyquake is leader of the Decepticon Predators. He is cold, cruel and single minded.

IDW Publishing

Skyquake appeared in Megatron Origin, working for Clench and then Megatron when the latter slew the former in a fight. He also led the Predators in attacking the Autobot detention facility on Garrus-9 in the first issue of The Last Stand of the Wreckers before getting killed by Overlord.

Fun Publications

Skyquake appeared in a flashback to the early days of the Great Cybertronian War as leader of experimental Decepticon Sky Raiders. Among his troops were Leozack and Hellbat.

Skyquake was presumable a heroic Decepticon.
