SiriusXM Patriot is a conservative talk radio channel on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 125 (previously 144) and XM Satellite Radio channel 125 (previously 166). The channel features exclusive hosts such as Mike Church, Cam & Company from NRANews.com, Gary L. Bauer & Tom Rose, and Andrew Wilkow. It also features popular syndicated fare including Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and Cigar Dave. The station is the result of a merger between former channels SIRIUS Patriot and America Right. Hourly news updates (aired at the top of each programming hour) is produced and operated by TheBlaze Radio News.
SIRIUS Patriot was initially launched in July 2004 as a companion to the now defunct SIRIUS Right, which was dropped in 2006 in favor of the Fox News Talk channel. Patriot launched with a lineup that makes the channel unrecognizable from today. The complete lineup included Geoff Metcalf, Laura Ingraham, Bob Dornan, Cam & Company from NRA News, Joseph Farah’s Worldnet Daily, Michael Reagan, and The Pentagon Channel overnights. The following year, Sirius added exclusive hosts Mike Church to late mornings and Andrew Wilkow to afternoons. Cam & Company was moved to nights.
A patriot is someone who feels a strong support for their country. See also Patriotism.

Patriot is the name of two fictional, comic book superheroes in the Marvel Comics universe, the Golden Age hero Jeffrey Mace and the modern-day character Eli Bradley.
The first Patriot, Jeffrey Mace, created by writer Ray Gill and artist Bill Everett, debuted in The Human Torch # 4 (Spring 1941; numbered #3 on cover). He was a reporter who became a costumed adventurer after seeing Captain America in action, and was later a member of the World War II superhero team the Liberty Legion. The Patriot himself became the third Captain America.
The second Marvel Universe character to use the name Patriot debuted in Young Avengers #1 (April 2005): Eli Bradley, grandson of Isaiah Bradley, the black Captain America. Isaiah had received his powers (in the limited series Truth: Red, White & Black) as part of an early Super Soldier Serum experiment tested on African-American men in an attempt to reproduce the formula lost after being used to turn Steve Rogers into Captain America. Eli's mother was conceived before Isaiah's involvement with the experiment, however, so Eli could not have inherited his grandfather's powers genetically.
Patriots was the name the peoples of the Spanish America, who rebelled against French control during the Spanish American wars of independence, called themselves. They supported the principles of the Age of Enlightenment and sought to replace the existing governing structures with Juntas. At first they declared themselves loyal to Ferdinand VII, who was captive of Napoleon Bonaparte and who seemed a supporter of the new ideals because of his conflict with his father, the absolutist Charles IV. However, when Ferdinand VII was restored to power and began the Absolutist Restauration, most patriots in South America decided to support independence instead.
Some of the most important war leaders of the patriotic movements are called Libertadores instead. The term "patriot" is used to refer to supporters of the revolution in general, or civil leaders without military activity, such as Mariano Moreno. The enemies of the patriots, who supported keeping the existing state of things, were called Royalists. Most patriots were Criollo peoples, whereas most royalists were Peninsulares; but there were both examples of royalist criollos (such as José Manuel de Goyeneche) and patriotic peninsulares (such as Domingo Matheu).
