Silly (Dutch: Opzullik) is a Walloon municipality located in the Belgian province of Hainaut. On January 1, 2006, Silly had a total population of 7,995. The total area is 67.68 square kilometres (26.13 sq mi) which gives a population density of 118 inhabitants per km².
The name of the town derives from its stream, called the Sille (French) or Zulle (Dutch), and has no relation to the English word. In the Anglosphere, it has frequently been noted on lists of unusual place names.
The municipality consists of the following sub-municipalities: Fouleng, Gondregnies (Gondreghem), Graty, Hellebecq (Hellebeek), Hoves (Hove), Silly proper (Opzullik), Thoricourt, and Zullik (Bassilly).

The Fuckparade is an annual summer techno demonstration in Berlin. The event began in 1997 as a demonstration against the increasing commercialisation of culture and public life and the misuse of the right of assembly by purely commercial ventures, in particular the Love Parade. The event has had problems with the authorities since 2001, but in 2007 the Federal Administrative Court of Germany decided that it met the definition of a demonstration.

Straightener (ストレイテナー Sutoreitenā) is a Japanese alternative rock band. The band started out as a duo with Atsushi Horie (vocals/guitar) and Shinpei Nakayama (drums) in 1998. They established an independent label named Ghost Records in 2002. Hidekazu Hinata joined the band as bassist in 2003, giving the band a heavier sound. In October of the same year they released a single, "Traveling Gargoyle" from Toshiba EMI.
Straightener have performed at numerous festivals and live tours. The band toured all over Japan during their Linear tour in 2007. Their latest tour will be a joint tour in December 2013 with Asian Kung-Fu Generation to celebrate both bands' 10-year anniversaries. Both bands will perform in Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan along with a local band of each country.
