Go On... was the third album by American pop band Mr. Mister. It was released in 1987, and featured a more serious tone than their previous album Welcome to the Real World, which was commercially successful. This album did not fare as well commercially and would become the last publicly released album by the band before they broke up in 1989.
In their retrospective review, AllMusic contended that Go On... retained the same themes, stylistics, and quality of work as their previous releases, and "The only significant change was in record sales." They particularly praised the album's lyrics, commenting, "during the height of the materialistic '80s, Go On was an example of a band using its pop culture bully pulpit to suggest that the "greed is good" philosophy was leaving a spiritual vacuum in American culture."
All songs by Richard Page, Steve George and John Lang except where noted:

VAM may refer to:
VAM is the abbreviation for the Italian term velocità ascensionale media, translated in English to mean "average ascent speed" or "mean ascent velocity", but usually referred to as VAM. The term, which was coined by Italian physician and cycling coach Michele Ferrari, is the speed of elevation gain, usually stated in units of metres per hour.
VAM is a parameter used in cycling as a measure of fitness and speed; it is useful for relatively objective comparisons of performances and estimating a rider's power output per kilogram of body mass, which is one of the most important qualities of a cyclist who competes in stage races and other mountainous events. Ferrari also stated that VAM values exponentially rise up with every gradient increase. For example, a 1180 VAM of a 64 kg rider on a 5% gradient is equivalent to a VAM of 1400 m/h on a 10 % or a VAM of 1675 m/h on a 13% gradient. Ambient conditions (e.g. friction, air resistance) have less effect on steeper slopes (absorb less power) since speeds are lower on steeper slopes

I bet you can't see why I'm doing this,
But I'm not in it for money,
I'm a gambling man and I don't care,
The show carries on.
I don't know what the future will bring,
I hope all the trouble is worth it,
My life's in my hands and I don't care,
The show carries on.

These people will call you bland,
wait until the end!
The show must go on!
