Shout It Out (Hanson album)

Shout It Out is the fifth studio album released by American pop band Hanson. The album is the third release through their own label 3CG Records. Shout It Out was released on June 8, 2010 in the US, and July 14, 2010 in Japan.

On March 6, 2010, Hanson shot dance and other sequences for the music video of their new single, "Thinking 'Bout Somethin'", at Greenwood Avenue in their home town of Tulsa. Hanson recruited professional dancers for the shoot and also invited local residents and fans to take part. The video was directed by Todd Edwards, co-founder of Blue Yonder Films. It was released for public viewing to the band's MySpace channel on April 15, 2010.

Background

On a Billboard interview, Taylor Hanson says of Shout It Out: "Every record is important, but this one feels like... a reflection not just of right now but a selection of things we've been putting in records for the last fifteen years." In the same article, Billboard said, "While the new album exudes the ease of a veteran band with over a decade of music behind them, it retains elements of the fun, pop-soul tinged sound that helped the guys hit No. 1 on the Hot 100 with "Mmmbop" when they were all under 17 years old."

Shout It Out is BoA's 35th Japanese single. it's released on March 5, 2014, after being pushed back from February 26. it comes with 6 different formats, CD Only, CD+DVD A (Music Video), CD+DVD B (Dance Ver and making of), 2 versions of USBs, and digital downloads. The 3 versions of CD+DVD and CD Only physical copies spell out B O A, respectively.

The full music video was premiered at Avex' official YouTube channel on January 21, 2014.

The music video itself features a strong and heavy dance routine which was choreographed by Rino Nakasone and Mikey. There were 3 outfits in total, 2 of them which were worn during dancing and singing parts, and the other one is a pink jacket with gray legging where she did a split in a dance showdown scene.

Special Promotion

A special campaign, "Shout It Out" Window Showcase at Bershka was done on the release date, which featured dancers dancing to Shout It Out dancing routine in Bershka building in Shibuya.

Dão DOC

Dão is a Portuguese wine region situated in the Região Demarcada do Dão with the Dão-Lafões sub region of the Centro, Portugal. It is one of the oldest established wine regions in Portugal. Dão wine is produced in a mountainous region with a temperate climate, in the area of the Rio Mondego and Dão rivers in the north central region of Portugal. The region became a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC) appellation in 1990. The Dão region is the origin of the Touriga Nacional vine that is the principal component of Port wine.

Climate and geography

The wine region is located primarily on a plateau that is sheltered on three sides by the granite mountain ranges of Serra da Estrela, Serra do Caramulo and Serra da Nave. This helps the area maintain its temperate climate away from the effects of the nearby Atlantic Ocean. The region experiences abundant rainfall in the winter months and long, warm dry summers leading up to harvest. The region's vineyards are planted on sandy well-drained soil on top of granite rock.
