She Moves

She Moves was an American pop trio consisting of Carla Duren, Danielle Flora, and Diana Bologna, who were all former New York Knicks City Dancers.

History

Danielle got her industry start as a dancer and host of the popular 1990s MTV show The Grind, while Diana had danced in music videos for Salt N Pepa, Lil' Kim, and Missy Elliott.

In 1997 the German-born New York-based producers Berman Brothers, who produced Real McCoy's multi-platinum-selling debut, formed She Moves, months after they heard Carla wow the crowd at Madison Square Garden before a playoff game with her soulful a cappella rendition of the national anthem.

In the summer of 1997 the group released their debut single, "Breaking All The Rules". It peaked at #32 on the Billboard Hot 100. On November 18, 1997 their debut album of the same title was released. Sales were poor despite the successful single on radio and exposure on BET and MTV. The group performed the single during the swimsuit competition at Miss USA 1998. Geffen Records followed with the single "It's Your Love", a remake of the country music hit by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. The label released a third single from the album, "Just for Tonight", but it failed to chart. The girls also appeared in a Saturday Night Live sketch. Geffen Records dropped the trio from the label in 1999.

She Moves (Far Away)

"She Moves (Far Away)" is the 2014 debut single by German DJ and producer Alle Farben from his debut album Synesthesia - I Think in Colours and features the vocals of Graham Candy. It was released on Sony Music. The song was co-written by Frans Zimmer (real name of Alle Farben), Graham Candy, Jan Hammele and Andreas Huber.

Music video

Two different music videos have been released for the song.

The first one, released on 8 April 2014 and dubbed "Street Video", includes footage of thousands of people attending an DJ event featuring Alle Farben (Frans Zimmer) on the tarmac of the phased out Berlin Tempelhof Airport, dancing to his tunes while flashes of colour are splashed all across the screen, a tribute to his name meaning "all colours" and as a reference to the debut Synesthesia album (full title Synesthesia - I Think in Colours).

The official video, directed by Franck Trebillac, depicts Graham Candy travelling on a bike to reach his lover, who is dancing at an Indian party. On his way he passes through different lands and climates and cycles past Alle Farben, disguised each time as someone different (a peasant, a skier or a runner). At the end of the video Candy eventually reaches the girl in an Indian-like land and dances with her.

I2P

The Invisible Internet Project (I2P) is an overlay network and darknet that allows applications to send messages to each other pseudonymously and securely. Uses include anonymous Web surfing, chatting, blogging and file transfers. The software that implements this layer is called an I2P router and a computer running I2P is called an I2P node.

The software is free and open source and is published under multiple licenses. The name I2P is derived from Invisible Internet Project, which, in pseudo-mathematical notation, is represented as I²P.

Technical design

I2P is beta software since 2003. Developers emphasize that there are likely to be bugs in the software and that there has been insufficient peer review to date. However, they believe the code is now reasonably stable and well-developed, and more exposure can help development of I2P.

The network itself is strictly message-based (like IP), but there is a library available to allow reliable streaming communication on top of it (similar to TCP, although from version 0.6 there is a new UDP-based SSU transport). All communication is end-to-end encrypted (in total there are four layers of encryption used when sending a message), and even the end points ("destinations") are cryptographic identifiers (essentially a pair of public keys), so that neither sender nor recipient of a message need to reveal their IP address to the other side or to third-party observers.

An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a numerical label assigned to each device (e.g., computer, printer) participating in a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication. An IP address serves two principal functions: host or network interface identification and location addressing. Its role has been characterized as follows: "A name indicates what we seek. An address indicates where it is. A route indicates how to get there."

The designers of the Internet Protocol defined an IP address as a 32-bit number and this system, known as Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4), is still in use today. However, because of the growth of the Internet and the predicted depletion of available addresses, a new version of IP (IPv6), using 128 bits for the address, was developed in 1995. IPv6 was standardized as RFC 2460 in 1998, and its deployment has been ongoing since the mid-2000s.

IP addresses are usually written and displayed in human-readable notations, such as 172.16.254.1 (IPv4), and 2001:db8:0:1234:0:567:8:1 (IPv6).
