Sehr Bagla is a Village and Union Council of Murree Tehsil in the Rawalpindi District of Punjab, Pakistan. It is located in the north-east of the Tehsil and is bounded to the north by Potha Sharif, to the south by Ghel, to the west by Rawat and to the east by Kashmir
According to the 1998 census of Pakistan it had a population of 10,979.

The Majority of the Inhabitants of UC Sehr Bagla are the Abbasi, other tribes such as the Kethwal, Gujjar, Dhanyal & Kashmiri tribes(Sudhun etc.) also inhabit the area in smaller proportion.
Sehr Bagla is home to predominantly poor inhabitants, the area has not been economically prosperous due to lack of Government funding and infrastructure development, basic essentials such as regular water supply, safe roads, Colleges and higher education establishments have not been developed and this has left the local economy in need. Bagla is a small village in Adampur Mandal, Hisar District,Haryana State,India. Bagla is 13 km from its Mandal Main Town Adampur along the Hisar-Adampur road. Bagla is 26 km from its District Main City Hisar, and 265 km from its State Main City Chandigarh.
When the first families settled in the village, they brought bullock carts called buggi. The village was called "buggi wala" because these buggi were a new thing for this area. Over time, "buggi wala" was shortened to Bagla.
The road connecting with district headquarters is known as Bagla Road, and in modern times this road has become a national Highaway.
Members of several casts live together in the village. The main occupation of the villagers in the past has been agriculture but in modern times many young people are finding occupations according to their interests.
Bagla has a government high school, and two primary schools. There is also a temple of Jwala Mata and a multipurpose hall.
