Anti-Scl-70 (also called anti-topoisomerase I after the type I topoisomerase target) is an anti-topoisomerase antibody-type of anti-nuclear autoantibodies, seen mainly in diffuse systemic scleroderma (with a sensitivity of 28–70%), but is also seen in 10–18% of cases of the more limited form of systemic scleroderma called CREST syndrome. Anti Scl-70 antibodies are associated with more severe scleroderma disease.
The etymology of scl-70 consists of an abbreviation of scleroderma and a 70 kD extractable immunoreactive fragment that can be obtained from the otherwise larger (100–105 kD) target topoisomerase antigen (called the SCL-70 Antigen) of the antibodies.

The Bayer designation Kappa Sculptoris (κ Scl, κ Sculptoris) is shared by two star systems, κ¹ Sculptoris and κ² Sculptoris, in the constellation Sculptor. They are separated by 0.53° in the sky.
Kappa-1 Sculptoris is a triple star system approximately 224 light years from Earth. It contains a binary pair, Kappa-1 Sculptoris A and B, which are both yellow-white F-type giants, with apparent magnitudes of +6.2 and +6.3. Together they shine at a combined magnitude of +5.42, and their composite spectrum is classified as F2V. They are orbited by an 18th magnitude star 70 arcseconds distant.
Kappa-2 Sculptoris is a binary star approximately 581 light years from Earth. The primary component is an orange K-type giant with an apparent magnitude of +5.41. It has a 21st magnitude companion, 46 arcseconds away.
The National Senior Classical League (National SCL or NSCL) is an organization – mostly of college students – which promotes the study, appreciation and advancement of the Classics. It is the college-level affiliate of the National Junior Classical League (NJCL), and both organizations are sponsored by the American Classical League (ACL). Many graduates of NJCL go on to be members in NSCL; high school seniors on the cusp are known as "Slashers" – a reference to their status as "JCL/SCL" members. The organization also awards an annual scholarship to a Classics major, in hopes of producing capable Classics teachers for the future.
Each year, members of the NSCL attend the NJCL convention to assist with and oversee some parts of convention. The group's main contributions during the week are the administration of the Olympika sporting events; the daily publication of the Convention Ear, a humorous newsletter; and the production of "That's Entertainment", a talent show for JCL members, hosted and featuring skits by SCL members. While SCL members may attend the JCL General Assembly meetings, the SCL also holds separate meetings and elects officers during the week. These meetings are open to slashers as well.
So you won't tell me, where you've been up to now
I don't know, they've seen you come and go (oh)
You're well on your way but never leaving the chair
Playing scenes on T.V. screens
Watching widely to glimpse the full view
While the hours have their hands all over you
You say that you see me, well I see you too
I look behind, what do you find, all but an empty room
Scratching the surface and you can't get away
You've travelled far and so far you have nothing to say
[Chorus]
Scratching the surface
You better come up for air
A new experience to get you there
Scratching the surface
You better come up for air
Strapped to the media, a machine to fear
You're onto something then it slips right away
It's in your hand, follow through right in front of you
You say that you hear me, well I hear you too
My secret is no secret, outside of the tube
So you won't tell me, what you've done up to now
You're watching me, I'm watching you decide (oh)
Scratching the surface, you can't get away
You tried so hard, and so far you have nothing to say
