State Road 121 (SR 121) is a major state highway that runs north and south in northern Florida. The road is part of a long multi-state route that also goes through Georgia and South Carolina.
Beginning in Lebanon Station at a channelized intersection with US 19-98 and County Road 336, State Road 121 runs through Goethe State Forest where it turns east and intersects with CR 337. The road makes a sharp left curve to the northeast where it runs through desolate farmland; the only resemblance to a major intersection is CR 326. Within the city of Williston, SR 121 overlaps CR 316, until the intersection with US 41. It then joins US 41 as CR 316 continues eastward, which then joins the east end of ALT US 27, and then the US 27-41 concurrency before breaking away to the northeast again, taking the DeSoto Trail away from US 41.
North of CR 335, SR 121 hugs the west side of the Levy-Marion County Line, but never crosses it, choosing to enter Alachua County instead. Immediately after the interchange with Interstate 75(Exit 382), SR 121 makes a sharp left onto Northwest 34th Street as SR 331 becomes the designation for Williston Road. As it crosses SR 24 it borders the University of Florida to the east until crossing SR 26A and then SR 26. North of US 441, the DeSoto Trail breaks away.
Route 121 or Highway 121 can refer to multiple roads:
State Route 121 (SR-121) is a state highway that is an alternative to US-40 and US-191. It serves the communities of Vernal, Lapoint, Neola, Cedarview, and Roosevelt. From Vernal to Neola, it is signed as an east–west route. Then, from Neola to State Street in Roosevelt, it is signed as a north–south route. The route is once-more signed east–west from Roosevelt to US-40/US-191.
Starting in Roosevelt at the intersection with US-40/US-191 (200 East), the route travels west for approximately one half mile, before turning northwest, then turning north through Cedarview to Neola. In Neola, the route makes a right turn onto 9000 North and begins travelling east. It generally follows this easterly direction across the Duchesne County/Uintah County county line, through Lapoint, before entering Vernal. In Vernal, the route makes a right turn, and travels south for less than one mile (1.6 km) before terminating at the intersection with Main Street US-40/US-191 (Main Street).
State Route 121 (SR 121) is a California state highway in the Wine Country that runs northerly from its junction with State Route 37 at Sears Point, past the Tolay Lake basin and across Tolay Creek near Infineon Raceway, veers east at a junction with State Route 116 and Bonneau Road at Schellville, runs eastward through the Carneros region of the southern Sonoma Valley and Napa Valley (concurrent first with State Route 12, then with State Route 29), then northeastward to end near Lake Berryessa in Napa County.
The California Legislature named the route Carneros Highway from its southern terminus to its junction with Route 29 in Napa. The stretch between the junctions with Route 116 and Napa Road near the Sonoma/Napa county line is known locally as Fremont Drive. Addresses along the stretch between routes 37 and 116 sometimes use the postal address Arnold Drive, even though that name officially applies only to the county road north of 116.
This route is part of the California Freeway and Expressway System and is eligible for the State Scenic Highway System. However, it is not a scenic highway as designated by Caltrans.
