Marco Bliggensdorfer better known as Bligg (born September 30, 1976 in Schwamendingen) is a rapper from Zurich, Switzerland. His albums 0816 and Bart Aber Herzlich reached #1 on the Swiss charts; four of his other albums have peaked in the top 20. In 1999 and 2000, he was part of a duo Bligg'n'Lexx with rapper and producer Lexx (real name Alex Storrer) releasing one album together.
At age 16, Bligg began freestyling. In 1995, he released a limited EP, Zürislang Freistiil, which was the first opportunity to really hear him rap.
Three years later, Bliggensdorfer met Alex Storrer, a producer and rapper known as Lexx. Forming a hip hop duo, the two worked together on Chocolate, Cheese and Sounds. In 1999, they released their first single, called "Schnitzeljagd" under the name Bligg'n'Lexx. The single was remixed by DJ Cutmando, whom the pair met while on tour. Ever since then, DJ Cutmando has worked with Bligg.
In 2000, Bligg'n'Lexx collaborated with Pete Penicka to release the single "Du & Ich" from the Bligg'n'Lexx debut and only studio album Nahdisnah. The album received positive reviews and increased the group's popularity.
"S.O.S. (Too Bad)" is a song by American hard rock band Aerosmith. It was released in 1974 as their third single from their second album Get Your Wings.
Written by Steven Tyler, it is a hard rocking song focusing on sex and sleaze, with a chorus of "I'm a bad, lonely school boy, and I'm a rat, and it's too bad, can't get me none of that." The song starts off with a fast drum beat and basic guitar riff, then slows down, and builds up once again, with Steven Tyler's rapid-fire, fierce lyrics accompanying. The song's lyrical content and musical styles are in the vein of "blooze", a grittier hard rock version of blues music, often with lyrics focused on sex, drugs, and urban life.
The song has remained a fan favorite and has been a staple in the setlists on Aerosmith's most recent tours, the Rockin' the Joint Tour and the Route of All Evil Tour.
S.O.S. stands for "Same Old Shit".
The Chronicles of Life and Death is the third full-length studio album by Good Charlotte, released on October 5, 2004, through Daylight Records. The album was released with two different versions: a "Life" and a "Death" version which came with different cover art (designed by guitarist Billy Martin) and a special bonus track. There is also a Japanese version that has a different cover art as well as the special bonus tracks from both the "Life" and "Death" versions, including the hidden track "Wounded" at the end of the album. The Chronicles of Life and Death is the first and only album to feature Chris Wilson on drums.
The album has been widely considered a departure from their previous two albums, mixing new elements such as lyrical topics into Good Charlotte's youthful sound. Some sources have referred to the album as "emo". The album has different music styles. The opener track "Once Upon A Time: The Battle of Life and Death" is an instrumental opener with strings, a Japanese choir and an organ. "The Truth" is a piano ballad, and "I Just Wanna Live" has a hip hop beat with synthesized strings. Lyrically, the album also focuses on darker and more serious subject matter. "The World Is Black" is about apathy, "S.O.S" is about suicide, and "In This World (Murder) is about corporate greed.
Morgana Lefay (known as Damage from 1986 until 1989) is a power/thrash metal band from Bollnäs in Sweden. It is named after Morgan Le Fay of the Arthurian cycle. They independently released their first album, Symphony of the Damned, in 1990. The success of Damned allowed the band to tour and eventually landed them with Black Mark records. In May 2006, drummer Robin Engström left the band because of 'personal differences'. Later that month, Pelle Åkerlind became the new permanent drummer. In late August 2006 the band went into Studio Soundcreation to record a new album (titled Aberrations of the Mind), it was released on March 19, 2007. It was the first album with Åkerlind on drums.
In 1997, Morgana Lefay split up. Persson, Heder and Söderlind kept the name. Meantime, Rytkönen and Eriksson were joined by drummer Robin Engström (formerly of M.I.D., Dark Tranquillity, and Fantasmagoria), and continued under the name Lefay, changing their record label to Noise Records. After releasing three albums, they got back the name Morgana Lefay when they returned to Black Mark Records. The albums The Seventh Seal, Symphony Of The Damned, re-symphonised and S.O.S were made when the band was called Lefay. In 1999, a self-titled album was made with Thomas Persson on guitar.
Murder killing lusty willing
Stealing raping family breaking
Fist faces mashing nasty bashing
Lying faking violent taking
Sin - more than actions, more than thoughts
Sin - more than feelings, more than words
Sin is what I am - my nature
Still I stand before my God
Holy, righteous and just
Hope He sees me through the blood
For I am ashes and dust
I am a man, fallen and filthy
Completely spoiled, selfish and greedy
The Son of Man, innocent and holy
Shed His blood and paid the penalty
Still I stand before my God
Holy, righteous and just
Hope He sees me through the blood
For I am ashes and dust
I am a part of holy priesthood
Completely forgiven by His Blood
I live no longer, Christ lives in me
In His name saint I can be
Still I stand before my God
Holy, righteous and just
Hope He sees me through the Blood
