Ryn Weaver

Ryn Weaver (born Erin Michelle Wüthrich; August 10, 1992) is an American singer and songwriter who first gained attention with the single "OctaHate" in June 2014. Billboard called the single a viral sensation.

Early life

Ryn Weaver was born in Los Angeles, California to her father Maxwell "Max" Wuthrich, an architect and her mother Cynthia (née Weaver). She was raised in San Diego, California . She has French, Swiss, Spanish, and German ancestry. She has three brothers; Parker, Taylor, and Christopher. Weaver has stated that at a young age she chose to change the spelling of her name, Erin, to Aryn, claiming the original spelling was "ordinary and didn't suit [her]". The rest of her stage name, Weaver, is her mother's maiden name. She spent years learning different art forms including musical theater, painting, acting as well as music at Canyon Crest Academy in San Diego. Weaver moved to New York City for college to pursue her acting career where she attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts before dropping out. She then moved back to California.

Ryn

Ryn [rɨn] (until 1946 German: Rhein in Ostpreußen) is a town in Poland located 19 km southwest of Giżycko, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Until the reorganization of 1999 it had been assigned to Suwałki Voivodeship. It had a population of 3,062 inhabitants as of December 31, 2004.

Ryn is located between Lake Ryn and Lake Ołów. Among the notable landmarks of the town are a former Ordensburg castle of the Teutonic Knights (erected ca. 1337) and a 19th-century Dutch windmill. Below the castle in the center of the town, a subterranean channel connects the Matussek pond, a shoaled bay of Lake Ołów, with Lake Ryn and the pond of a mill built by the Teutonic Knights.

History

Grand Master Winrich von Kniprode of the Teutonic Knights built a fortress on the site of a former Old Prussian fortification in 1337. A settlement near the castle was first mentioned in documents in 1405. It was known as Ryne after the Rhine River, and was included within the komturship of Balga. Ryne later became known in Standard German as Rhein.

Ryan International Airlines

Ryan International Airlines, Inc. was an American FAR 121 airline with domestic, flag, and supplemental authority.

Based in Rockford, Illinois, the US Postal Service was once the airline's main customer, flying Boeing 727 aircraft on scheduled cargo flights. Ryan International flew non-scheduled charter passenger services for excursion and tour packagers, along with the United States Department of Defense, the United States Department of Justice, and others.

In 1998, the airline began operating flights from California to Hawaii and Mexico, using a pair of McDonnell Douglas DC-10 aircraft and several Airbus A320s on behalf of SunTrips, a vacation package operator in California. The aircraft were operated with Skyservice USA titles and wore the livery of Airtours International Airways, SunTrips' parent company. In 2000, the Skyservice USA titles were replaced with SunTrips titles on the aircraft. Later, Ryan would operate SunTrips flights using Boeing 757 aircraft in Ryan's own livery.
