There are some things I, need to say to you
You wont understand, but I hope you do
I must do this now, just to keep you safe
I fear you wont know me, so I must convey
That I love you more, more than anything
But I have to go, I must fight for you
And Ill always fight for you
And Ill always fight for you
I know our time was short , never thought Id be
Leaving whom I love, flying overseas
Its just how it goes, nothing I must fear
And I will miss you so, miss you everyday
I would die for you, this Im not afraid
I will make you proud, its my solemn swear
And Ill always fight for you
When you think of me, think the best of me
Thats all I would want to know
That I will be with you, thats a promise too
Just dont ever let me go
With all that I have done, I would do again
From the good and bad, til the very end
And I tell you now, I have no regrets.
And every thought of mine, will be spent on you
Youre the only home that I ever knew
Ill take your love with me, and always keep it safe
And Ill take it to, my grave
When you think of me, think the best of me
Thats all I would want to know...
And I will be with you, thats a promise too,
Just dont ever let me go
Dont ever let me go, youll always be okay
Im telling you, youre everything
Id ever want to be
Dont ever let me go, dont ever feel dismay
Im telling you, just think of me
. Whenever youre afraid
. Youll
Be
here
with
me
and Ill take it to my grave
and Ill take it to my grave
[x2]
When you think of me, think the best of me
That's all I would want to know...
And I will be with you, thats a promise too,
