Gary Webster (born 3 February 1964 in Whitechapel, east London, England) is an English actor.
He first found fame in EastEnders playing Graham Clark from 1987 until 1988. He later became better known for playing Ray Daley in the television series Minder, replacing Dennis Waterman as George Cole's on-screen sparring partner in the series. Webster joined the series in 1991 and remained until its conclusion in 1994.
Subsequent to this he took roles in soap operas. He made a brief appearance in Hollyoaks as Dion in 2001, and in Crossroads as Richard Mason the same year. He was later a regular in serial Family Affairs, playing Gary Costello from 2003 until the series ended at the end of 2005. He played tough drugs baron, Paul Haskew in ITV drama series The Bill.
In 2008, Webster reprised the role of Ray Daley in the interactive online game, Minder:Vice. Webster provided the voice and also the motion capture for his character.
He is married to the television presenter Wendy Turner Webster, former host of Pet Rescue, making him brother-in-law of Anthea Turner. The couple have two sons, Jack and Freddie Webster and currently live in Surrey.[1]
He was interviewed on BBC Breakfast on 27 May 2008 about his forthcoming book, Debt Rescue: How to Get Through a Year of Financial Ruin...and Survive! The book follows Webster’s debt problems, which began in his first series of Minder and included repossession of his property.[1]
In autumn 2011 he suffered a "significant heart attack".[2] He underwent heart surgery.

Gary M. Webster is the former Chief General Manager of the Toronto Transit Commission in Toronto, Canada.
Webster graduated from Queen's University as a civil engineer in 1975 and joined the Toronto Transit Commission soon afterwards. He served in various supervisory and management roles at the TTC, including in the subway and equipment maintenance departments, in the Transportation department, as Manager - Materials and Procurement (1986–1990), Manager - Service Planning (1990–1994), Manager - Human Resources (1994–1996), and General Manager - Operations (1996–2006).
On June 10, 2006 he replaced Rick Ducharme as Chief General Manager on an interim basis after Ducharme's resignation. A year later, on June 27, 2007, Webster was confirmed in the post on a permanent basis. He was the first TTC Chief General Manager to be promoted from within the organization; all five previous holders of the position had been hired from outside the TTC.
