Rave (film)
Rave is an American film written and directed by Ron Kraussand starring Efren Ramirez, Douglas Spain, Aimee Graham, Nicholle Tom, Dante Basco and Franco Vega.
Plot
It is Saturday night in Los Angeles and six teenagers are in search of the hottest rave in the city. In one day, we see a portrait of these teenagers finding their way through all the temptations, attractions and dangers of the wild underbelly of Los Angeles.

Rave is an Indian music magazine, launched in March 2002. It was modeled on Rolling Stones magazine. The magazine is published by Soul City Publications ten times per year. In 2004 the US edition began to be published. Its online edition was started in August 2007.

Overview
Alarm was filmed primarily in Dublin, Ireland. The lead actors are Aidan Turner (known for his role as Kíli in the film series The Hobbit) and Ruth Bradley (known for playing Garda Lisa Nolan in Grabbers).
Plot
After witnessing the murder of her father by burglars, Molly is living with friends and seeing a psychiatrist (Emmet Bergin) to deal with her panic attacks. She dreams of finding a house where she can live alone. Upon buying her dream house in a Dublin suburb, she gives a house-warming party and one of her friends brings along an old classmate of Molly's, Mal. Molly had fancied Mal during school, and now they become a couple. With a new house and a new boyfriend, things seem perfect.
However, soon her house is burglarized again and again, although her neighours are spared. Molly suspects that someone she knows might be involved.

Permanganate
A permanganate is the general name for a chemical compound containing the manganate(VII) ion, (MnO4−). Because manganese is in the +7 oxidation state, the permanganate(VII) ion is a strong oxidizing agent. The ion has tetrahedral geometry. Permanganate solutions are purple in color and are stable in neutral or slightly alkaline media.The exact chemical reaction is dependent upon the organic contaminants present and the oxidant utilized. For example, trichloroethene (C2HCl3) is oxidized by sodium permanganate to form carbon dioxide (CO2), manganese dioxide (MnO2), sodium ions (Na+), hydronium ions (H+), and chloride ions (Cl−).
In an acidic solution, permanganate(VII) is reduced to the colourless +2 oxidation state of the manganese(II) (Mn2+) ion.
In a strongly basic solution, permanganate(VII) is reduced to the green +6 oxidation state of the manganate ion, MnO42−.
In a neutral medium however, it gets reduced to the brown +4 oxidation state of manganese dioxide MnO2.
