RSTA was a football club from Bhutan, based at Changlimithang, who played in the Bhutan A-Division, then the top level of football in Bhutan, but since replaced by a full national league.
It is known that RSTA participated in the 2002, although their final position is not known. The only known result involving RSTA is a 5–0 loss to Druk Pol.

Ørsta is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is part of the Sunnmøre region of Western Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Ørsta. Other villages in the municipality include Hovdebygda, Flåskjer, Leira, Liadal, Urke, Bjørke, Barstadvik, Åmdalen, Follestaddalen, Nordre Vartdal, Vartdal, Sæbø, Sætre, Store-Standal, and Ytre Standal.
The municipality of Ørsta was established on 1 August 1883 when it was separated from Volda Municipality. The initial population was 2,070. On 1 January 1893, the Ytrestølen farm (population: 13) was transferred from Ørsta to Volda. On 1 January 1964, the municipalities of Hjørundfjord and Vartdal were also merged with Ørsta. The new, larger municipality of Ørsta had a population of 9,252.
The municipality is named after the Ørstafjorden (Old Norse: Œrstr). The meaning of the name is unknown. Before 1918, the name was written Ørsten.
The coat-of-arms is from modern times. They were granted on 13 July 1984. The arms consist of three silver diamonds on a blue background. The three diamonds represent the mountains reflecting in the waters of the fjord.
Ørsta is the administrative centre of Ørsta Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located at the innermost part of the Ørstafjorden, surrounded by the Sunnmørsalpene mountains. The 5.4-square-kilometre (1,300-acre) urban area has a population (2012) of 6,868 which gives it a population density of 1,270 inhabitants per square kilometre (3,300/sq mi). This makes it the fourth largest urban area in all of Møre og Romsdal county.
Ørsta is the seat of the municipal government and it is also the commercial centre of the municipality. There is a shopping center, industry, and Ørsta-Volda Airport (on the southwest side of the village area). Ørsta Church is also located in central part of Ørsta. A videregående skole (regional high school) and the Møre Folkehøgskule are both located in Ørsta.

F&C is an eroge maker, one of the long-established store makers which exist from the beginning of H game history. It is said that the origin of the company name is each initial of Fairytale and Cocktail Soft. They released first title "Fairy Tale" from Fairytale in 1987, and made another brand called Cocktail Soft in 1989. In 1997, they changed company name from "Ides" to current name. In 2001, they re-styled into 3 teams, called "FC01", "FC02" and "FC03"(Now Dreamsoft). At this time, Cocktail Soft announced the activity pause.
