Free Weezy Album

Free Weezy Album (abbreviated as FWA) is the eleventh studio album by American hip hop recording artist Lil Wayne. It was released on July 4, 2015, by Young Money Entertainment and Republic Records, exclusively on TIDAL.

Background

On December 4, 2014, just five days before Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V was due to be released, Wayne issued a statement saying the album would not be released on its expected release date, due to his displeasure with Cash Money Records label-boss Birdman, not wanting to release the album although it had been completed. Wayne also expressed his feelings by stating he felt both he and his creativity were "being held prisoner". On January 20, 2015, Wayne self-released Sorry 4 the Wait 2, a mixtape to compensate for the continued delay of Tha Carter V. It is the sequel to 2011's Sorry 4 the Wait, which served for the same purpose during the delay of his ninth album, Tha Carter IV (2011). Upon Sorry for the Wait 2's release, it was noted Wayne disses Birdman and Cash Money Records, several times throughout the mixtape. On January 28, 2015, it was reported Wayne filed a $51 million lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records over the delay of Tha Carter V.

Psycho (Puddle of Mudd song)

"Psycho" is the second single by post-grunge group Puddle of Mudd from their album Famous. It was officially released on October 2, 2007, but was available for digital download on iTunes on September 18, 2007.

The song is about wondering if oneself has schizophrenia and is a "psycho," as lead singer Wes Scantlin sings "maybe I'm the one who is the schizophrenic psycho'."

Music video

The music video was shot at the famed Psycho section of the Studio tour in Universal Studios Hollywood (from the movie of the same name), and premiered on Google music on October 8, 2007. The video is an homage to various "classic" horror movies, and incorporates several characters and elements from those movies.

The video starts with a full moon, while lead singer Wes Scantlin is driving a car at night with a group of cheerleaders and jocks, parodying the typical teenage victims in horror movies. As they are driving a man jumps out of the woods onto the road, and they hit him. Upon further inspection it is seen that the man is Michael Myers from the Halloween movies played by local actor Mike Watkins. As the group gathers around him to see if he's all right, Leatherface (also played by Mike Watkins) from the The Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies jumps out and grabs two of the girls, taking them back into the woods without the rest of them knowing. Michael Myers then proceeds to get up, revealing he was only pretending to be hurt, and begins chasing the group with a razor sharp machete. The remaining members of the group runs from the killers until they come to The Bates Motel from the movie Psycho. They run to one of the rooms, taking refuge in it, while in the process disrupting a couple who happen to be Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson making cameos in the video.

Braintree (UK Parliament constituency)

Braintree is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2015 by James Cleverly of the Conservative Party.

Boundaries

The current boundaries of the Braintree constituency is based on Braintree, Bocking, and Great Bardfield in the northwest, moving in a southwesterly direction towards Coggeshall, Silver End, and Kelvedon.

Latest boundary review

Following their review of parliamentary representation in Essex, the Boundary Commission for England created for 2010 a modified Braintree constituency with electoral wards:

Bocking Blackwater, Bocking North, Bocking South, Braintree Central, Braintree East, Braintree South, Bumpstead, Cressing and Stisted, Gosfield and Greenstead Green, Great Notley and Braintree West, Halstead St Andrews, Halstead Trinity, Hedingham and Maplestead, Panfield, Rayne, Stour Valley North, Stour Valley South, The Three Colnes, Three Fields, Upper Colne and Yeldham.

This modified list allowed a new Witham seat to be created and caused extension out towards the Stour Valley, the border of Suffolk, and took in Bumpstead which shares a civil parish boundary with south-east Cambridgeshire.

Braintree provides payment processing options for many devices. Braintree’s global payment platform processes more than $10 billion annually (with more than $2 billion on mobile) for thousands of online and mobile companies including Airbnb, Uber, Fab and LivingSocial. Braintree has experienced more than a fourfold increase in a span of two years. From $12 billion in annual volume when Braintree first joined with PayPal, the company is now operating at north of $50 billion. Two years ago, Braintree had 56.5M cards on file; today it has 154M.

History

Braintree was founded in 2007 by Bryan Johnson. The company was bootstrapped, initially focusing on providing merchant account services. Braintree proceeded to develop its payment gateway software, including vault storage and recurring billing services.

Braintree raised $34 million in a Series A investment from Accel Partners in June 2011. In October 2011, Johnson transitioned to Chairman of the Board and Bill Ready became CEO. Braintree ranked 47th in the Inc 500 list that year. In 2012, Braintree acquired Venmo for $26.2 million that had been founded by Andrew Kortina and Iqram Magdon-Ismail and expanded its payment platform to Australia, Canada, and Europe. In October 2012, Braintree raised a series B round led by NEA for $35 million. On September 20, 2013 Braintree announced that the company was processing $12 billion annually, with $4 billion of that total on mobile. On September 26, 2013 Braintree was acquired by PayPal in a deal worth $800 million. In September 2013, Braintree was one of only 8 companies with a market valuation in the billion dollar range. That valuation was the result of raking in $12 billion in payments volume across 40 markets, having some big names as clients including Uber and Airbnb.
