Deliver me from my enemies O God
Save me from those who rise against me O God
Deliver me from the evil doers plan
Save me from bloodthirsty men
See how they lie in wait for me
See how they plot against me
For no offense or sin of mine
I have done no wrong at all
If they are ready to attack me
Deliver me from my enemies O God

For eyes to help look upon my plight
Lord God with your awesome might
God the God of Israel
Show no mercy to the nations
To all the lying evil nations
They return at evening snarling like dogs
Prowling around the city see the swords from their
mouths
But Lord you laugh you laugh you laugh at them

Oh my strength I watch for you

As I gloat over those who slander me

In your might make them wander around

For the sins the sins of their mouths

Consume them in your holy wroth
Consume them till they are no more
Then it will be known to the ends of earth
That our God Reigns
They return at evening snarling like dogs
Prowling around for food and they are never satisfied

For you are my refuge and my fortress
