"Possession" b/w "Evil Temptation" is a rare single recorded by Iron Butterfly between 1967 and 1968, but not released until 1970 for unknown reasons. The first side is "Possession", which is the same version from their earlier single, "Don't Look Down on Me".

On the flip side is "Evil Temptation", an instrumental. Like many of Iron Butterfly's songs from the Heavy era, "Evil Temptation" is extremely simple, based entirely on a single riff. The lineup is mostly unknown, though Erik Brann has been confirmed as the guitarist. Doug Ingle denies having played on the recording, and has pointed out that the drumming sounds distinctly unlike Ron Bushy. It is possible that, Brann's guitar work aside, the recording is actually the work of studio musicians. However, the song itself is an Iron Butterfly composition, and a version with lyrics by Darryl DeLoach was performed during the band's early tours.

Possession is a 1919 British silent romance film directed by Henry Edwards and starring Edwards, Chrissie White and Gerald Ames. It was an adaptation of the novel Phroso by Anthony Hope.

Mouse (Japanese: マウス, Hepburn: Mausu, sometimes typeset as "MØUSE") is a manga series written by Satoru Akahori and drawn by Hiroshi Itaba. It was serialized in the Japanese magazine Young Animal and published by Hakusensha between 1999 and 2004 .

Mouse was adapted into a twelve-episode anime television series written by Hiroyuki Kawasaki, directed by Yorifusa Yamaguchi, and produced by Media Factory and Studio Deen.

In 2005, Hakusensha published a one-volume manga prequel titled Mouse Bakumatsu-den (マウス ～幕末伝～).

Plot

For 400 years, there was a family of thieves stealing money and priceless property, particularly those items that were originally illegally stolen. The main motivation is that anything and everything can be stolen, no matter how much they protect that item. And in those years, that thief was only known by one name, Mouse.

In the latest version, a young college art teacher named Muon Sorata is the latest to take up the name of Mouse. He is surrounded by three highly devoted and attractive assistants who help him pull off heists of art museums and landmark towers. The thieves have the power and resources to steal entire buildings and take structures out to sea but never get caught. Mouse is also known for not abandoning those who serve him, even if it means his capture.

Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles

Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles is the name of a short-lived line of G.I. Joe, the military-themed toys by Hasbro. The main character is an imposing "Hard charger from the greatest generation" as depicted in his various filecards. Survivor of Omaha Beach and an infantry commander renowned for his skill, who after being frozen for over 50 years is resurrected and found out that he was subject of experiments made by the enemy. Now in the present, he possesses incredible levels of physical strength and enhanced reflexes. Devoted to destroying a "recently created" enemy team for the series called I.R.O.N. Army (International Robotic Operations Network) and its leader, General Blitz, Savage now joins forces with the G.I. Joe Team.

Toyline

The toyline is notorious for the way Hasbro eliminated the old O-ring hip system that allowed a figure to sustain the legs and provided the figure's hip articulation point, replaced by a simpler vessel for a twist peg inside the legs' frame. It is even more noticeable that the new scale used for the whole line is 4.5" instead of the classical 3.75".

Mouse and the Traps

Mouse and the Traps is the name of an American garage rock band from Tyler, Texas that released numerous singles between 1965 and 1969, two of which, "A Public Execution" and "Sometimes You Just Can't Win", became large regional hits. The leader of the band, nicknamed "Mouse", was Ronnie Weiss. Two of their best known songs, "A Public Execution" and a cover of "Psychotic Reaction", are not actually credited to this band but, respectively, to simply Mouse and Positively 13 O'Clock instead. Their tangled history also included one single that was released anonymously under the name Chris St. John.

Early history

Ronnie (Mouse) Weiss [born 1942] and Dave Stanley [born 1946] were members of a local band named Jerry Vee and the Catalinas (or simply the Catalinas) in 1964. Weiss had also performed on a regional hit single "Lucky Lips" by Steve Wright and The Catalinas that was later released nationally by Dot Records.

In this time period, they met Bugs Henderson (or Buggs Henderson), lead guitarist for a local instrumental band, the Sensors. Weiss and Knox Henderson – no relation to Buddy (Bugs) Henderson - co-wrote "A Public Execution" and brought the song to Robin Hood Brians, who manages Robin Hood Studios that is still in operation in Tyler, Texas today. This song – which strongly resembles Bob Dylan's music in the mid-1960s – was released as the band's first single in 1966 under the name Mouse. Jerry Howell (who was also in Jerry Vee and the Catalinas) and Ken (Nardo) Murray joined the group shortly thereafter, and most of their remaining music was released under the name Mouse and the Traps. Besides Brians, other musicians that have played in various incarnations of the band over the years include Bobby Delk, Don (Levi) Garrett and Tim Gillespie.
