Poraż

Poraż [ˈpɔraʂ] (Ukrainian: Пораж, Porazh) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zagórz, within Sanok County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Zagórz, 8 km (5 mi) south of Sanok, and 64 km (40 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The village has a population of 1,400.

PORA

Pora! (Ukrainian: Пора!), meaning It's time! in Ukrainian, is a civic youth organization (Black Pora!) and political party in Ukraine (Yellow Pora!) espousing nonviolent resistance and advocating increased national democracy. The group was established in 2004 (as only a civic youth organization) to coordinate young people's opposition to the Kuchma government in opposition to what they claimed was the authoritarian governing style of Ukraine's president Leonid Kuchma. After the Orange Revolution Pora! split up in two different entities, Black Pora! (since 2006 OPORA) and Yellow Pora!

The civic youth organization

Pora! was inspired and partly trained by members of the Serbian Otpor movement which helped bring down President Slobodan Milošević, and is also allied to related movements throughout Eastern Europe, including Kmara in the republic of Georgia (itself partly responsible for the downfall of President Eduard Shevardnadze), Zubr in Belarus (opposing President Alexander Lukashenko), Oborona in Russia, and MJAFT! in Albania.

Pora (river)

The Pora (or Porra) is a 15-kilometre (9.3 mi) stream of Liguria (Italy).

Geography

The river rises at around 1000 m in the Ligurian Alps, not faraway from Colle del Melogno, at the jonction between rio Rivase and Rio Peccione, in the comune of Rialto. Flowing in the Valle Pora it passes through the comune of Calice Ligure, where it receives from left the waters of torrente Carbuta. Heading south-east the Pora reaches Finlaborgo and gets its main tributary, torrente Aquila; a couple of km downstream it ends its course in the Ligurian Sea, after being crossed by the Genoa–Ventimiglia railway and the Aurelia national road.
