Pola Kinski (born March 23, 1952 as Pola Nakszynski) is a German actress.

Early life [link]

Pola Kinski is the daughter of Klaus Kinski and his first wife, the singer Gislinde Kühlbeck, making Pola the half sister of Nastassja Kinski and Nikolai Kinski. After her parents' divorce in 1955, Pola spent her childhood with both of them.

Career [link]

In the early 1970s she studied acting at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich.[citation needed] In addition to early film roles, she then acted at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Deutschen Schauspielhaus in Hamburg. In the 1970s she worked with Peter Zadek and the director Ivan Nagel. From 1977 onwards she worked as a freelance actor and lived in Berlin and Paris. She also appeared in several television films. She now lives with her husband, the lawyer Wolfgang Hoepner, in Ludwigshafen. They have three children - Janina (born 1978), Valentin (born 1986) and Nanouk.
